The architecture of the villa blends modern minimalism with regional character, featuring clean geometric volumes clad in light stone and bronze-toned metal. A striking breeze block screen, inspired by traditional “mashrabiya” patterns, offers privacy, shade, and visual richness while incorporating a vertical garden.

The villa’s landscape design combines luxury with intimacy, featuring a sunken seating area and a sleek modern pool. The sunken lounge is thoughtfully integrated into the terrain, creating a cozy, wind shielded space ideal for gatherings and evening relaxation. Surrounded by low planting and natural stone finishes, it offers both privacy and comfort. Adjacent to it, the pool is designed with clean lines and reflective surfaces, acting as a visual extension of the architecture.

The entrance of the villa exudes elegance and artistic refinement. A bronze-toned canopy with a perforated underside creates a dramatic floating effect while casting soft shadows. The main door is a statement piece, featuring rich geometric embossing that echoes regional patterns, subtly lit to highlight its texture.

The intricate pattern used in this facade screen draws inspiration from the ornamental motifs found in the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Oman. Reinterpreted in a contemporary language, the design features repetitive geometric forms with deep relief.

This villa in Oman is a refined blend of contemporary architecture and cultural identity, designed as a luxurious retreat for three sisters. Clean geometric volumes, warm stone finishes, and bronze-toned accents define the modern aesthetic.
