We worked on this design with a single guiding thought:

It should belong to Qatar’s natural and cultural landscape, while standing apart as a distinct architectural icon.

By blending modern geometry with luxurious materiality and cultural references, the villa reflects a lifestyle of sophistication and authenticity.

This villa is envisioned as a modern landmark that blends luxury with cultural identity. Inspired by traditional Qatari geometric patterns, the design reinterprets the square motif in brushed brass, creating a dialogue between heritage and modernity.

Inspired by the traditional geometric screen patterns found in Qatari architecture reinterpreted in brushed brass to bring cultural heritage into a modern luxury expression.

The façades are clad in travertine stone with brass accents, balancing timeless elegance with a contemporary touch.

Ultimately, the villa is a contemporary reinterpretation of Qatari heritage where architecture, materiality, and light come together to express modern luxury.
