Azure Horizon: A Study in Modern Biophilic Landscapes & Regenerative Pool Design

Redefining the boundary between architecture and nature, this project presents a Wellness-Driven Landscape designed for the modern era. As an architect and interior designer, I approached this outdoor space as a "Lived-in" extension of the home, utilizing Atmospheric Lighting and Biophilic Principles to create a restorative sanctuary.

The design centers around a Geometric Infinity Pool that serves as a mirror to the sky, framed by Bespoke Hardscaping and Indigenous Planting. By integrating Smart Irrigation and Sustainable Materiality, the project achieves a balance of High-End Aesthetics and Environmental Resilience.

The design features :

Resilient Outdoor Rooms: Creating distinct zones for Curated Al Fresco Dining and Sun-Drenched Lounging using hedges and low stone walls to guide movement.

Tactile Natural Stone: Utilizing Travertine and Limestone for slip-resistant, "cool-touch" pool surrounds that blend into the local topography.

Biophilic Minimalism: A focused selection of sculptural greenery and native species to support biodiversity without visual clutter.

Human-Centered Lighting: Integrated Scene-Based LED Lighting that highlights architectural volumes and extends the space's usability into the "Golden Hour".

Regenerative Water Features: Incorporating Natural Filtration cues and deep, mineral-toned pool finishes to evoke a sense of Mediterranean Serenity.

This project is a blueprint for Luxury Residential Architecture that prioritizes Mental Well-being through a deep, sensory connection to the outdoors.
