福田保税区深圳河畔，第十届深港城市建筑双城双年展（深圳）平行主展场正式在河套科创中心开幕。河套科创中心作为德国施耐德+舒马赫建筑师事务所（schneider+schumacher）在中国的重要实践，其外立面以严谨的竖向线条构筑理性秩序，而室内则通过斜向的语言注入跳脱的生机，这是一次对“德系高级感”的深度诠释。这种高级感没有张扬的符号堆砌，它源于一套精密、克制却充满人文温度的内在系统的支撑。这种系统可以凝练为三个维度：视觉与感知、隐性的细节品质、理性中的柔软。

On the banks of the Shenzhen River in Futian Free Trade Zone, the parallel main venue of the 10th Bi-City Biennale of UrbanismArchitecture (Shenzhen) officially opened at the Hetao Science & Technology Innovation Center. As a significant practice of the German architectural team schneider+schumacher (s+s) in China, the building’s façade constructs a rational order with disciplined vertical lines, while the interior injects a vibrant energy through a diagonal design language. This project is a profound interpretation of “The Sense of German Premiumness”—an elegance that avoids flamboyant symbols, arising instead from a precise, restrained, yet human-centric internal system. This system can be distilled into three dimensions: Vision and Perception, Hidden Quality, and Softness within Rationality.

视觉与感知：可见的秩序

Vision and Perception: A Visible Order

德系设计从不回避秩序，但其高明之处在于——秩序并非僵化的规则，而是可被感知和阅读的空间语言。在河套科创中心，这种“可见的秩序”通过材质、构造与光影的编排，在视觉层面建立起清晰的逻辑，同时激发细腻的空间感知。▼室内设计范畴，Interior design category © schneider+schumacher

German design never shies away from order, but its mastery lies in treating order not as rigid rules, but as a perceptible and readable spatial language. In the Hetao Science & Technology Innovation Center, this “visible order” establishes a clear logic through the arrangement of materials, tectonics, and light, while stimulating a delicate spatial perception.

主大堂是这一理念的集中表达。天花采用三角形铝板系统，斜向交错的线条打破竖向建筑外壳的刚性，形成动态的视觉张力；而墙面则以纵向延展的预辊涂铝板进行严谨划分，矩形模数、大尺度板材与毫米级接缝，构建出沉稳的水平韵律。吊顶与墙面之间形成动与静、斜与正的微妙对话——看似冲突，实则互补，共同塑造出节奏感与稳定性共存的空间氛围。

The Main Lobby is the ultimate expression of this philosophy. The ceiling utilizes a triangular aluminum panel system, where diagonally interlaced lines break the rigidity of the vertical building shell, creating dynamic visual tension. Meanwhile, the walls are strictly partitioned with pre-roller-coated aluminum panels extending vertically; the rectangular modules, large-scale panels, and millimeter-level joints construct a steady horizontal rhythm. A subtle dialogue between dynamic and static, diagonal and orthogonal, forms between the ceiling and the walls—seemingly conflicting, yet complementary—shaping a space where rhythm and stability coexist.

这种视觉完整性背后，是高度集成的技术支撑。所有MEP设备——包括通风槽、喷淋管、烟感与检修口——均被精确嵌入格栅系统的结构间隙中。500mm宽的主设备带、100mm喷淋槽与5mm板材伸缩缝，经过模数化统筹，确保功能需求不破坏天花的整体性。使用者抬头所见的，是一片连续、洁净、富有几何美感的界面。技术在此被“翻译”为形式，而非遮掩。

Behind this visual integrity lies highly integrated technical support. All MEP equipment—including ventilation slots, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and maintenance hatches—is precisely embedded within the structural gaps of the grid system. The 500mm-wide main equipment belt, 100mm sprinkler channels, and 5mm expansion joints are coordinated through modular planning, ensuring that functional requirements do not disrupt the ceiling’s unity. What visitors see is a continuous, clean, and geometrically aesthetic interface where technology is “translated” into form rather than being hidden.

独立大堂则进一步诠释了秩序。墙面与吊顶均采用定制金属格栅，格片间距、厚度与深度严格统一，形成重复秩序的肌理。筒灯、喷淋头及各类设备检修口嵌入格栅单元之中，与格栅模数对齐，技术构件不打断吊顶的连续韵律。这种克制的重复建立了空间的稳定感与方向性，人在其中自然获得一种内在的平静。

The Independent Lobby further interprets this order. Both walls and ceilings feature custom metal louvers with strictly uniform spacing, thickness, and depth, creating a repetitive textured order. Spotlights, sprinklers, and various maintenance openings are integrated into the louver units and aligned with the modules, ensuring technical components do not interrupt the continuous rhythm. This restrained repetition establishes a sense of stability and directionality, allowing people to naturally find inner tranquility within the space.

隐性的细节品质：看不见的舒适

Hidden Quality: Invisible Comfort

德系工艺的精髓，在于对“不可见之处”的极致关注。这种理念源于对“细微之处”的信仰——真正的品质，不应依赖视觉冲击，而应渗透于每一次驻足和触摸之中。河套科创中心的室内设计，追求的是一种“隐性的舒适”：使用者或许无法指出某一处为何令人愉悦，但会本能地感到放松、高效与被尊重。

The essence of German craftsmanship lies in the ultimate attention to “the invisible”. This philosophy stems from a belief in nuances—that true quality should not rely on visual shock but should permeate every pause and touch. The interior design of the Hetao Science & Technology Innovation Center pursues “hidden comfort”: users may not be able to pinpoint exactly why a space is pleasant, but they will instinctively feel relaxed, efficient, and respected.

主大堂墙面的预辊涂铝板，其分隔逻辑极致讲究：所有板面均为纵向矩形模数，带有一定的方向性，强化了视觉的节奏与秩序。之所以能采用大尺度板材（单块宽度达1200mm以上），得益于预辊涂铝板优异的平整度与尺寸稳定性——无需频繁设缝遮丑，反而以少胜多，呈现出一种细微之处低调而克制的奢华。

The separation logic of the pre-roller-coated aluminum panels on the lobby walls is extremely sophisticated: all panels follow a vertical rectangular module, reinforcing visual rhythm. The use of large-scale panels (with individual widths exceeding 1200mm) is made possible by the superior flatness and dimensional stability of the material. This approach avoids frequent joints used to hide imperfections, instead achieving “less is more” and presenting a low-key, restrained luxury through fine details.

大会议室则在冷峻的空间氛围中通过灯光注入微妙动感。天花和墙面内嵌的条形灯带并不平行于墙面，而是与阶梯式座椅的走向垂直，形成约15度的斜向夹角。微小的角度偏移，打破了常规会议空间的静态感，在保证照明均匀性的前提下，为空间注入轻盈的视觉张力。

In the Grand Conference Room, a subtle sense of movement is injected through lighting into the cool atmosphere. The strip lights embedded in the ceiling and walls are not parallel to the walls but are perpendicular to the stepped seating, forming a diagonal angle of approximately 15 degrees. This slight angular offset breaks the static feel of conventional meeting spaces, injecting visual tension while ensuring uniform illumination.

理性中的柔软：在秩序里种下生机

Softness within Rationality: Planting Vitality in Order

所谓“柔软”，是在一个严谨的系统下，通过光与材料的微妙互动，自然生发出的一种克制的温情。在河套科创中心，这种“柔软”并非情绪化的点缀，而是源于对自然光、人工光与材质反射特性的协调。

“Softness” here refers to a restrained warmth that naturally emerges from the subtle interaction between light and materials within a rigorous system. In this project, softness is not an emotional embellishment but a coordination of natural light, artificial light, and material reflectivity.

主大堂顶部设有三角形天窗，将深圳充沛的自然光引入室内。灯光设计顺势而为：白天以自然光为主导，人工照明仅作补充；夜晚则通过嵌入式条形灯带与二层连廊发光吊顶，模拟日光的均匀漫射。这种“随光而变”的策略，使空间氛围始终处于动态平衡之中——明亮却不刺眼，冷静却不疏离。

The triangular skylights at the top of the main lobby introduce Shenzhen’s abundant natural light. The lighting design follows this lead: natural light dominates during the day with artificial lighting as a supplement; at night, embedded strip lights and the luminous ceiling of the second-floor bridge simulate the uniform diffusion of daylight. This “light-responsive” strategy ensures the spatial atmosphere remains in dynamic balance—bright but not glaring, calm but not detached.

墙面的预辊涂铝板和吊顶的深灰与银色铝板交错排布。这些金属材质本身冷峻，因表面处理与安装角度的控制，在不同时间、不同光照条件下呈现出细腻的明暗变化。晨光斜射时，墙面泛出微暖的银灰光泽；午后强光下，吊顶则转为沉稳的哑光质感。黑白灰的基调中，呈现随时间流动的细微变化。

The pre-roller-coated aluminum walls and the dark gray and silver aluminum ceiling panels are arranged in an interlaced pattern. While these metallic materials are inherently cool, they present delicate shifts in light and shadow depending on the time of day and installation angles. When the morning sun hits at an angle, the walls emit a warm silver-gray glow; under the strong afternoon sun, the ceiling shifts to a steady matte texture. Within a monochromatic palette of black, white, and gray, the space reveals subtle changes that flow with time.

地面选用了反光度略高的灰色抛光石材，在强化空间通透感的同时，也微妙地“跳脱”了整体的理性秩序。它不仅映照三角天花与人影移动，更将自然光二次漫反射至墙面与角落，软化了硬质边界，使空间更具呼吸感。

The floor uses gray polished stone with slightly higher reflectivity. While enhancing spatial transparency, it also subtly “deviates” from the overall rational order by reflecting the triangular ceiling and the movement of people. It further diffuses natural light to walls and corners, softening hard boundaries and giving the space a sense of “breathability”.

河套科创中心的室内设计，本质上是一套以系统性思维驱动的空间解决方案。它以外立面的竖向秩序为锚点，在内部通过精准的功能规划、高度集成的机电协调、毫米级的细部控制，以及对光线、材质与人体尺度的柔软回应，构建出高效、可靠且可持续的使用环境。这种“系统支撑下的克制表达”，正是德系高级感的核心——不依赖装饰，而以结构、工艺与细节本身说话。

The interior design of the Hetao Science & Technology Innovation Center is, at its core, a spatial solution driven by systemic thinking. Taking the vertical order of the façade as an anchor, it constructs an efficient, reliable, and sustainable environment through precise functional planning, integrated MEP coordination, millimeter-level detail control, and a soft response to light, materials, and human scale. This “restrained expression supported by a system” is the core of German Sophistication—it does not rely on decoration but lets the structure, craftsmanship, and details speak for themselves.
