E30住宅丨以色列丨Raz Melamed Architect

以色列建筑师拉兹·梅拉梅德在凯撒里亚完成了一座围绕游泳池设计的住宅，颠覆了传统住宅与休闲空间的关系。该项目由一对50多岁的夫妇委托建造，最初作为周末度假屋供其招待子女与孙辈，后逐步演变为包含多间套房式卧室及宽敞公共区域的永久住所。

Israeli architect Raz Melamed has completed a house in Caesarea designed around a swimming pool, reversing the conventional relationship between the home and its leisure space. The project was commissioned by a couple in their 50s as a weekend retreat for hosting their children and grandchildren, and later evolved into a full-time residence with multiple bedroom suites and generous communal areas.

该建筑的标志性特征是一条暴露在外的黑色钢梁，高度达44厘米，作为贯穿整个项目的连续建筑元素。这条钢梁非但未被隐藏，反而被用于组织平面布局、划分楼层高度并框定主要公共空间。

A defining feature of the house is an exposed black steel beam measuring 44 centimetres in height, which is expressed as a continuous architectural element throughout the project. Rather than being concealed, the beam is used to organise the plan, divide levels, and frame the main public spaces.

在住宅内部，这条钢梁延伸为一座天桥，连接楼梯与卧室区域。在通高客厅中，它水平贯穿玻璃幕墙，既保持了望向天空的无阻视野，又强化了建筑的线性几何结构。朝向花园方向，钢梁向外延伸形成悬臂式凉棚，为户外休息区提供无立柱遮阳，确保游泳池视野通透。

Inside the house, the beam extends as a bridge, connecting the staircase to the bedroom wing. In the double-height living area, it bisects the glazed façade horizontally, maintaining uninterrupted views of the sky while reinforcing the building’s linear geometry. Toward the garden, the beam continues outward to support a cantilevered pergola that shades the outdoor seating area without columns, allowing clear views of the swimming pool.

入口立面采用白色灰泥饰面，以水平接缝与垂直木格栅进行分隔。这些木质元素既提供了视觉温暖感，又兼具实用功能——既遮掩了楼梯位置，又实现了自然通风。洞石地面从室内延伸至室外，强化了住宅与花园的空间联系。

The entrance façade is finished in white plaster, articulated with horizontal joints and vertical wooden slats. These wooden elements provide both visual warmth and functional benefits, concealing the staircase and allowing natural ventilation. Travertine flooring runs continuously from the interior to the exterior, reinforcing the connection between the house and the garden.

公共空间在通高天花下形成餐客厅的序列排布。全屋采用克制的材质搭配——木材、黑色金属与中性色调，通过吊灯与嵌入式射灯的分层照明设计，兼顾空间尺度与功能需求。

Public spaces are arranged as a sequence of dining and living areas beneath a double-height ceiling. A restrained palette of wood, black metal and neutral tones is used throughout, while layered lighting combines suspended fixtures with recessed spotlights to address both scale and functionality.

厨房采用平行布局，设有岛台与白色可丽耐台面，一侧的高大木质立面隐藏了储物空间与设备系统。这个木质立面延伸至通高空间的顶部，恰好与黑色钢梁形成交错。

The kitchen is arranged in a parallel layout with an island and white Corian worktops, alongside a tall wooden façade that conceals storage and mechanical systems. This rises to the full height of the double-height space, intersected by the black steel beam.

位于地面层的主卧套房可直接通往泳池，室内铺设人字纹木地板。配套浴室融合洞石墙面、黑色花岗岩墙体、黑色五金件与白色可丽耐洁具。包含家庭影院和游戏室在内的其余卧室及休闲空间设于地下室与上层，通过黑色悬浮钢梯及玻璃栏杆天桥相连。

The ground-floor master suite opens directly onto the pool and is finished with parquet flooring. Its adjoining bathroom combines travertine surfaces with black granite walls, black fittings and white Corian fixtures. Additional bedrooms and leisure spaces, including a home cinema and games room, are located in the basement and on the upper floor, which are connected by floating black steel stairs and a glass-railed bridge.

户外区域包含多处休息区、一座露天厨房，以及与花园地面齐平并采用洞石饰面的游泳池。克制的景观设计让泳池与建筑结构始终作为场地的主导元素。

Outdoor areas include multiple seating zones, an open-air kitchen and a travertine-clad swimming pool aligned flush with the garden level. Minimal landscaping allows the pool and architectural structure to remain the dominant elements on the site.
