本次案例整体空间规划与动线逻辑采用分层功能区的设计思路，一层作为家庭核心公共活动区，二层作为私密休息区，实现了动静清晰的空间划分。

空间由上下四套平层空间打造为既保留大平层的开阔空间感，又有复式空间的挑空大宅气场。

The overall spatial planning and circulation logic of this case adopt a layered functional zoning design approach, with the first floor serving as the core public activity area and the second floor as the private resting area, achieving a clear division between active and quiet zones. The space is created by combining four flat units into a duplex, retaining the spaciousness of each flat while possessing the grand atmosphere of a loft residence. ruger

# 门厅

门厅以现代法式轻奢为核心基调，用经典法式元素结合当代简约手法，打造出兼具仪式感与舒适感的入户过度空间，从电梯厅到室内的过度动线清晰，通过拱形门洞与吊灯形成的对景，强化了入户的仪式感。私密休息区，实现了动静清晰的空间划分。

The foyer adopts modern French light luxury as its core theme, combining classic French elements with contemporary minimalist techniques to create an entry transition space that balances a sense ofwith comfort. The transition from the elevator lobby to the interior is clearly defined, and the sense of ritual upon entry is enhanced by the framed view created by the arched doorwae chandelier. The private lounge area achieves a clear spatial division between active and quiet zones.

# 休闲厅

中餐厅、西餐厅、客厅、休闲厅四大核心区域无缝联动，形成约27米的横向通厅，配合南侧通长阳台，营造出极致开阔的大宅气场。

The four core areas—the Chinese dining room, Western dining room, living room, and leisure lounge—are seamlessly integrated to form a horizontal through-hall spanning approximately 27 meters, complemented by the south-facing full-length balcony to create an atmosphere of ultimate spaciousness befitting a grand residence.

# 客厅

核心动线：玄关→客厅/中餐厅/西餐厅→厨房→阳台，形成流畅的洄游动线，既满足日常通行，也适配大型家庭聚会与宴请场景。

Core circulation path: Entryway → Living room/Chinese dining room/Western dining room → Kitchen → Balcony, forming a smooth loop circulation that satily movement while accommodating large family gatherings and banquets.

# 餐厅

餐厅挑空设计是全屋的视觉核心与精神锚点，通过复式挑空+回廊环绕的手法，打破了平层的压抑感，将上下层空间进行视觉联动，既保留了公共区的开阔气场，又实现了上层休憩区与下层社交区的情感连接。

The double-height design of the dining area serves as the visual focal point and spiritual anchor of the entire space. By employing a duplex void and surrounding gallert breaks the oppressive feel of a flat layout, creating a visual linkage between the upper and lower levels. This design not only preserves the open and expansive atmosphere of the public area but also esan emotional connection between the upper resting zone and the lower socializing zone.

# 厨房

厨房与俩边中西餐厅紧密衔接，同时预留了充足的储物与操作空间，兼顾中式爆炒与西施烘焙的需求。深雾霾蓝柜体+白色大理石台面+浅灰色地面，冷暖色调平衡，既保留了法式的优雅沉稳，又避免了深色空间的压抑感。

The kitchen is seamlessly connected to the Chinese and Western dining areas on both sides, while reserving ample storage and workspace to accommodate both Chinese stir-frying and Webaking needs. The combination of deep smog-blue cabinetry, white marble countertops, and light gray flooring balances warm and cool tones, retaining the elegance and steadiness of French style while avoiding the oppressive feel of a dark space.

东边西厨社交区域+休闲厅与西边中式餐厅客厅形成功能上的互补，洄游动线连通俩边区域。

The Western kitchen social area lounge complements the Chinese dining room and living room on the west side functionally, connected by a circular circulation path linking.

# 楼梯

螺旋楼梯作为空间核心枢纽，串联上下层，同时成为视觉中心，强化复式大宅的纵向延伸感。

The spiral staircase serves as the spatial core hub, connecting the upper and lower levels while acting as a visual focal point, enhancing the vertical extension of the duple

南边通长阳台打通，实现了客厅、休闲厅与阳台的直接连通，将户外景观引入室内，模糊了室内外边界感。法式线条+粗犷文化石+自然绿植，用“精致与质朴”的对比，营造松弛而高级的空间氛围。

The south-facing full-length balcony is opened up to directly connect the living room, lounge, and balcony, bringing outdoor scenery indoors and blurring the boundary betwee and outside. French lines, rustic stone, and natural greenery create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere through the contrast of "refinement and rusticity".

# 卧室

卧室空间用简约手法弱化繁复感，适配现代卧室的舒适需求。保证视觉高级感的同时兼顾睡眠、休闲、收纳等实用功能，实现“颜值与实用”双赢。

The bedroom space employs minimalist techniques to downplay complexity, catering to the comfort requirements of a modern bedroom. While ensuring a sophisticated visual aesthetic, it balances practical fuions such as sleeping, relaxation, and storage, achieving a win-win combination of aesthetics and utility.

# 二层

二层起居厅以法式自然风为核心基调，区别于一层热闹的公共区，这里更偏向于私密、松弛的家庭小聚与独处空间，是连接上层卧室与户外景观的过度空间。

The second-floor living hall centers on a French natural style, distinct from the lively public areas on the first floor; it serves as a transitional space connecting the up bedrooms to the outdoor landscape, favoring intimate, relaxed gatherings and private moments.

# 健身区

健身区域满足日常健身需求，整体风格与全屋风格保持一致，避免功能区的割裂。

The fitness area meets daily fitness needs, maintaining a consistent style with the rest of the house to avoid a disjointed functional layout.

# 书房

书房将古典法式的精致符号与当代办公阅读需求融合，兼具仪式感与实用性的精神自留地，营造出沉稳雅致的沉浸式氛围。

The study integrates exquisite classical French motifs with contemporary office and reading needs, serving as a spiritual sanctuary that combines a sense of ritual with practicality, creating a composednt immersive atmosphere.

# 洗衣房

洗衣房采用U型高效动线布局，形成洗涤、烘干、整理、清洁的完整闭环。古典法式柜门线条、撞色美学融入家政空间，让洗衣房摆脱“冰冷工具间”的刻板印象，成为兼具美观与实用的生活场景。

The laundry room features a U-shaped layout for efficient workflow, creating a complete closed loop for washing, drying, sorting, and cleaning. The classical French-style cet lines and contrasting color aesthetics are integrated into the housekeeping space, freeing the laundry room from the stereotype of a "cold utility room" and transforming it into a living scene that combines aesunctionality.

# 女孩房

女孩房延续全屋现代法式轻奢基调，柔和色彩与简洁造型，可适配不同年龄阶段的成长变化。卧室兼顾睡眠、休闲与收纳，套卫实现四分离高效动线，保证视觉高级感同时，充分满足实用需求。

The girl’s room continues the modern French light luxury tone of the entire house, featuring soft colors and simple designs that adapt to growth across different age stages. The bedrlances sleep, leisure, and storage, while the en-suite bathroom features a four-separation layout for efficient movement, fully satisfying practical needs while maintaining a high-end visua.

卧室空间用简约手法弱化繁复感，适配现代卧室的舒适需求。保证视觉高级感的同时兼顾睡眠、休闲、收纳等实用功能，实现“颜值与实用”双赢。

The master bedroom outdoor terrace serves as an extension of the bedroom into nature, positioned as a private and tranquil leisure terrace for the owners, acting as a transitional stween indoor sleeping and the outdoors, thereby enhancing the landscape advantages of the duplex residence.
