东莞MIXC VILLAGE万象滨海购物村门户艺术装置丨萨尔瓦多滨海丨PILLS

2025年12月28日，华润集团旗下首个精品奥莱项目MIXC VILLAGE万象滨海购物村于东莞滨海湾新区正式启幕。项目坐落于粤港澳大湾区中心，定位为城市与自然之间的“慢活岛”，为消费者提供具有长久生命力、吸引力与感染力的时尚度假目的地。作为该商业体整体氛围营造的关键部分，PILLS于2024年成功中标其“氛围装置策划与设计”项目。2025年12月，门户艺术装置正式落成。它不仅是这座“岛屿”式商业空间的视觉标志，更以深度的场景营造与IP叙事，为大湾区塑造高品质休闲度假商业体验提供了独特赋能。

On December 28, 2025, MIXC VILLAGE, the first premium outlet project under China Resources Group, officially opened in Dongguan Binhaiwan New District. Situated at the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the project is envisioned as a “slow-living island” bridging city and nature, offering consumers a fashion-forward resort destination with enduring appeal and vitality. As a key component in shaping the overall atmosphere of the development, PILLS won the bid for the “Atmospheric Installation Planning and Design” project in 2024. In December 2025, the landmark gateway art installation was completed. It not only serves as the visual emblem of this island-inspired commercial space, but also, through immersive scenography and IP-driven storytelling, brings a unique dimension to the high-quality leisure and retail experience in the Greater Bay Area.

华润MIXC VILLAGE万象滨海购物村的定位，源于对当下消费语境的深刻洞察。在M型社会结构与理性消费趋势下，性价比与整体体验成为线下场景消费决策关键。商业逻辑正经历从“物的依赖”向“人的需求”的本质回归，“情绪价值”超越“商品价值”，创造“更多美好时光”成为商业的核心。

The positioning of China Resources MIXC VILLAGE is grounded in a profound insight into the contemporary consumer landscape. Amid an M-shaped social structure and the growing trend toward rational consumption, cost-effectiveness and overall experience have become key factors in offline consumption decisions. The commercial logic is shifting from a reliance on products to a fundamental return to human needs. The value of emotional experience has surpassed that of goods, and the creation of more meaningful and memorable moments has become central to commercial success.

MIXC VILLLAGE定位为 “下一代慢商业的范本”——一个集自然、舒适、松弛与愉悦于一体的时尚度假地。在滨海湾新区连续理性的城市界面中，它以标志性的白色建筑群清晰界定自身，如同一座静谧的岛屿，既是“城市的出口”，也是“生活的入口”，为人们提供停靠、放松与节奏转换的可能。它倡导“自在悠活”，以恰当的距离感与触手可及的便利，致力于成为人们安顿身心、找回生活、发现自我的首选。

MIXC VILLAGE is positioned as “the model of the next-generation slow commerce”—a fashionable resort that combines nature, comfort, relaxation, and pleasure. Amid the structured urbanscape of the Binhai Bay New Area, it is clearly defined by its iconic white architecture, resembling a tranquil island. It serves as both “an exit from the city” and “an entrance to life,” offering people the possibility to pause, relax, and switch their rhythm. Advocating for a lifestyle of “free at ease,” it provides a perfect balance of distance and accessible convenience, aiming to become the top choice for people to settle their minds, rediscover life, and reconnect with themselves.

围绕“在消费降级的背景下，体验如何升级？”这一策略思考，PILLS聚焦于该商业体目标客群的核心情绪需求，展开包括整体故事线规划、游逛动线设计、以及核心点位氛围装置策划与设计的系列创作。以不同尺度装置串联空间叙事，从而激活场域能量，链接城市活力。

In the context of consumer downtrading, the question of how to elevate the overall experience has become central. PILLS focuses on the core emotional needs of the target audience for this commercial destination. The approach includes a series of creative processes, such as overall narrative planning, pedestrian flow design, and the planning and design of key atmospheric installations. By linking spatial narratives through installations of different scales, the project aims to activate the energy of the environment and connect it to the vitality of the city.

故事线策划以“你想要什么样的生活？”这一命题引入，我们将场地构想为一座未标于地图的神秘岛屿，讲述一位航海家追随天际一朵奇云、抵达岛屿、在探索与闲适中重获生活力，并最终找到理想生活答案的旅程。装置设计串联起“昭示 - 登陆 - 奇遇 - 欢聚”等叙事章节，同时承载门户标志、遮阳休憩与微气候调节等复合功能。整体策划和设计的核心，是向所有人发出一份轻柔而有力的邀请：“来做一场梦，找回生活力。” 门户装置云，正是这份邀请的封章，也标记着一段关于理想生活的空间叙事就此开启。

The preliminary storyline planning begins with the question: “What kind of life do you want?” From this premise, the site is envisioned as a mysterious island absent from maps. The narrative follows a voyager who pursues a cloud on the horizon, arrives at the island, rediscovers vitality through exploration and moments of leisure, and ultimately finds an answer to an ideal way of living. The installation design connects a sequence of chapters—“Revelation,” “Landing,” “Encounters,” and “Gathering.” At the same time, these installations perform multiple functions, serving as gateway landmarks while also providing shade for microclimate and rest areas. At the heart of the overall planning is a gentle yet compelling invitation extended to everyone: “Come dream for a while, and rediscover the vitality of life.” The gateway cloud installation serves as the seal of this invitation, marking the beginning of a spatial narrative about the pursuit of an ideal life.

城市尺度的飘浮IP

An Urban-Scale Floating Icon

不同于传统的静态城市雕塑，该装置并非孤立的造型，而是根植于完整 IP 世界观的叙事载体，是引领访客进入场所体验的第一道视觉线索与空间锚点。

Unlike traditional static urban sculptures, this installation is not conceived as an isolated form. Instead, it is rooted in a complete IP narrative framework, functioning as a storytelling medium that serves as the first visual cue and spatial anchor guiding visitors into the experience.

A cloud drifts above the city skyline, suggesting a distant horizon and becoming the key vessel through which the narrative transcends into physical space.

滨海湾新区与海湾相邻，在广深沿江高速上即可远望，万象滨海购物村的白色建筑群面朝大海、背靠城市，整体聚落宛如一座漂浮于海岸线上的岛屿，以蓝天与海面为天然背景。

Located adjacent to the bay, the Binhai Bay New Area can be seen from the Guangzhou–Shenzhen Riverside Expressway. Facing the sea and backed by the city, the white architectural cluster of MIXC VILLAGE resembles an island floating along the coastline, with the blue sky and ocean forming its natural backdrop.

无论在象征层面还是空间层面，该装置都为万象村的叙事性购物体验奠定开篇，在城市天际线传递“自在悠活”项目精神。作为商业主入口的昭示性装置，它在远景、夜景与车行视角中均清晰可辨，强化城市尺度的识别度与入口引导功能。

Both symbolically and spatially, the installation establishes the opening chapter of the project’s narrative retail experience, conveying the spirit of “free at ease” across the skyline. Serving as a landmark at the primary commercial entrance, the installation is highly visible from afar, whether by day or night, and from approaching vehicles, reinforcing its presence at the city scale while guiding visitors to the main entry.

会呼吸的动态气膜

A Breathing Dynamic Membrane

从云的意象出发，装置形态提取云朵几何中柔软而富有张力的特征，通过三维建模，将八个球体曲面连续溶解、融合为一个圆润的环形体量，在“云”的符号想象与真实云朵的柔软形态之间建立平衡。

Drawing inspiration from the imagery of clouds, the form of the installation extracts the soft yet dynamic characteristics of cloud geometry. Through 3D modeling, eight spherical surfaces are dissolved and merged into a single, smooth ring-shaped volume, balancing between the symbolic imagination of “clouds” and the soft, organic shape of a real cloud.

结合气膜结构的构造逻辑，形态最终被收敛为一个对称的几何，在保持特征的同时，也提高气膜结构的造型还原度。造型在设计过程中也对重量与体积比例进行了平衡，以确保装置获得充足浮力并实现平稳升空，同时满足一定的抗风性能要求。

Incorporating the construction logic of air membrane structures, the form ultimately converges into a symmetrical geometry, maintaining its distinctive features while enhancing the structural fidelity of the air membrane design. The form also takes into account the balance between weight and volume ratios during the design process, ensuring the installation achieves sufficient buoyancy and smooth ascension, while also meeting specific wind resistance requirements.

装置轻盈、感性的外观，离不开其内部协同运作的综合系统。为适应场地昼夜温差，装置通过实时气压监测，动态调节空气与氦气比例，在一天中反复吸气与放气，以维持气膜形态的稳定与饱满。

The installation’s light and expressive appearance relies on a coordinated internal system. To adapt to the site’s day–night temperature variations, it continuously monitors air pressure and dynamically adjusts the ratio of air to helium, repeatedly inflating and deflating throughout the day to maintain the stability and fullness of the membrane form.

随着这一“呼吸”节奏，云朵也不会停留在固定高度，而是仿佛拥有自身的生命律动，在不同时段于 3 米、8 米至 20 米之间缓缓升降。中心与周边卷扬机的协同控制，使装置呈现出层次丰富、持续变化的空间表情。配合定时启动的喷雾系统，装置如同真实云雾般，为入口广场带来清凉的气息。

Following this “breathing” rhythm, the cloud installation does not remain at a fixed height but appears to possess its own life, gently rising and falling between 3, 8, and 20 meters at different times of the day. The coordinated control between the central and peripheral hoists enables such a dynamic movement. Complemented by a timed misting system, the installation evokes the sensation of a real cloud, bringing a refreshing atmosphere to the entrance plaza.

另一层关键系统则承担着安全保障功能。风速监测系统持续感知现场环境，一旦检测到超过安全运行阈值的风速，装置将自动下降，回归至安全的低空高度，确保在自然变化中始终保持稳定与可控。

Another key system ensures safety. The wind speed monitoring system constantly senses the surrounding environment, and if it detects wind speeds exceeding the safe operational threshold, the installation will automatically descend to a safe low-altitude height, ensuring stability and control despite changes in environment.

夜空的云端剧场

Cloud Theater in the Night Sky

与白天的素洁不同，日落时分，装置随滨海湾的天色悄然转变。从金色余晖到粉色天际，层层渐变在云朵表面晕染开来，使其仿佛融入天空本身。夜幕降临，云朵逐渐泛起波光粼粼的光泽，如同映照着岛屿周边的海面。

In contrast to its pristine appearance during the day, the installation gradually transforms with the changing sky over Binhai Bay at sunset. From golden afterglow to pink horizons, layers of color softly diffuse across the surface of the cloud, as if it were dissolving into the sky itself. As night falls, the cloud begins to shimmer with a rippling glow, reminiscent of the sea surrounding the island.

以“云记录了万象村的一天，用光影魔法，将村民的奇遇化作天边的电影，成为指引水手们向往万象村的灯塔”为叙事线索，云朵的灯光随之展开一场光影展演。纹样与色彩不断变化，浪花、红日、粉霞、星空等意象交织呈现在云端，激发观者的想象与情绪共鸣。其间伴随着轻柔云雾，灯光与雾气共同为入口营造出更为深邃而梦幻的氛围，使夜间场景被重新点亮，成为引人驻足与流连的视觉焦点。

Following the narrative that “the cloud records a day in MIXC Village, transforming villagers’ adventures into a cinematic sky through the magic of light and shadow, and becoming a lighthouse guiding sailors to the village,” the cloud’s lighting unfolds a dynamic performance. Patterns and colors constantly shift, interweaving imagery of waves, the rising sun, rosy clouds, and starry skies, inspiring viewers’ imagination and emotional resonance. Accompanied by gentle mist, the interplay of light and vapor creates a deeper, dreamlike atmosphere at the entrance plaza. The nighttime scene is thus reactivated, transforming the installation into a captivating visual focal point that invites visitors to pause, gather, and linger.

实施与落地

Implementation & Realization

装置的最终呈现，依托于多个系统的协同整合，涵盖囊体、膜材、管线、喷雾、灯光及智能化控制等关键系统的统筹协作，使设计概念得以完整转化为空间体验。

The final realization of the installation relies on the integrated coordination of multiple systems, including the air bladder, membrane material, piping, misting system, lighting, and intelligent control systems. Through the orchestration of these components, the design concept is fully translated into a spatial experience.

在实施过程中，项目经历了多轮技术推敲。在工程师测算基础上，通过大量样品制作与工厂 1:1 实体打样，对膜材性能、表面纹样、喷雾布置、拉袢结构等关键细节进行反复验证，并针对水管与喷雾头的固定方式进行专项设计，确保其在膜材表面既稳定可靠，也保持整体的视觉完整性。

During implementation, the project underwent several rounds of technical refinement. Based on engineering calculations, extensive sample productions and full-scale (1:1) factory prototyping were conducted to repeatedly test and verify key details such as membrane performance, surface patterning, mist distribution, and tethering structures. Dedicated design solutions were also developed for the fixation of water pipes and spray nozzles, ensuring they remain stable and reliable on the membrane surface while preserving the overall visual integrity

同时，装置在工厂阶段完成多轮浮力与喷雾测试，结合现场安装与调试，使整体施工流程更为高效可控，确保装置以符合设计品质的状态完整呈现。

At the same time, multiple buoyancy and misting tests were carried out during the factory stage. Combined with on-site installation and adjustment, these preparations made the overall construction process more efficient and controllable, ensuring that the installation faithfully reflects the intended design quality.

Conclusion

PILLS为华润万象滨海购物村打造的门户艺术装置，以云的意象构建了从城市空间到度假体验的叙事性转换界面。这朵轻盈漂浮的云，既是引导访客“登岛”的视觉地标，也是项目IP故事“幻岛奇航”的空间锚点。

The gateway art installation created by PILLS for China Resources MIXC VILLAGE Binhai Shopping Village uses the imagery of a cloud to construct a narrative transition from urban space to a resort-like experience. This gently floating cloud serves not only as a visual landmark guiding visitors but also as the spatial anchor of the project’s IP storyline, “The Voyage to Fantasy Island”.

通过创新的囊体结构与智能控制系统，装置实现了物理形态与动态体验的完整融合——日间喷雾调节微气候，夜间光影营造梦幻氛围，以技术精度呼应着“自在悠活”的空间哲学。其多尺度的可识别性与交互性设计，使商业入口超越了传统标识功能，成为连接城市、品牌与情感体验的系统性媒介。这不仅是一次艺术装置实践，更是对“下一代慢商业”范式的空间回应——在消费理性的时代，以场景营造创造情绪价值，以空间叙事唤醒生活想象，最终让商业空间真正成为“城市的出口，生活的入口”。

Through an innovative membrane structure and intelligent control system, the installation achieves a seamless integration of physical form and dynamic experience—modulating the microclimate with mist during the day and creating a dreamlike atmosphere with light and shadow at night, reflecting the spatial philosophy of “free at ease” with technical precision. Its multi-scale recognizability and interactive design elevate the commercial entrance beyond a conventional marker, transforming it into a systemic medium that connects the city, the brand, and the emotional experience. More than an art installation, the project represents a spatial response to the paradigm of “next-generation slow commerce.” In an era of rational consumption, it generates emotional value through experiential scenography and awakens the imagination of everyday life through spatial storytelling—ultimately allowing the commercial environment to truly become “the exit of the city and the entrance to life.”
