Inspired by the Aegean coast, the design emphasizes balance and simplicity.The façade unfolds with layered balconies, shaded pergolas, and blooming bougainvillea that softens the geometry and connects the built form to nature.Every element — from the muted pastel shutters to the rhythmic arches — embodies a sense of calm continuity rooted in Greek heritage.
