Vacons designed Betrimex office with a nature-focused ethos, incorporating organic coconut goods, sustainability, and local identity into a light, healthy, and brand-aligned working environment using natural materials and a neutral palette.
The design language at the Betrimex office focuses on nature as a guiding principle rather than a decorative feature. Vacons created 1,500 square meters of space that is carefully structured to express the ethos of an agricultural business centered on organic coconut goods, sustainability, and local identity through deliberate layout, material, and lighting choices.
The workplace is conceived as a “green ecosystem,” where natural light and integrated planting function as structural components of the interior. An open-plan strategy is handled with flexibility, creating seamless connections between functional zones while maintaining a comfortable working rhythm for staff. Natural materials, a neutral color palette, and subtle references to fresh coconuts are thoughtfully integrated to establish a light, healthy, and brand-aligned working atmosphere.
Spatial organization emphasizes two primary areas that correspond to the company’s operational focus.
The R&D area is designed to meet standards of cleanliness, safety, and precision. Its defining feature is a flowing ceiling form inspired by the movement of fresh coconut water. This gesture creates a distinctive visual experience while serving as a consistent brand identifier within a technical environment, balancing functional requirements with aesthetic expression.
In the open office area, the design promotes connection and interaction. Greenery is woven throughout the workspace, complemented by abundant natural light to create an open and welcoming environment. Subtle design cues referencing organic coconuts and Vietnamese agricultural origins form a continuous visual narrative about the journey of local products to global markets.
The Betrimex office demonstrates how workplace design can vividly express brand DNA, where the interior does more than support function—it tells a story of nature, people, and sustainable values.
