临平金融科技大厦丨中国杭州丨中国联合工程有限公司

临平新城是杭州城东的新中心，位于长三角城市群的核心区域，既是杭州连接上海、融入长三角的重要门户，又是杭州东部产业创新和区域协同发展的重要支点。临平金融科技大厦位于新城南苑街道九宫格核心商务区，毗邻丰收湖的人文生态走廊与算力小镇生态绿带，城市自然资景观区位优渥，120m与100m的双塔分立两毗邻地块，建筑底部连廊横跨城市道路将其联结为一体，以扭转攀升的天际形象成为片区的新名片。

Linping New City is the new eastern center of Hangzhou, located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration. It serves as an important gateway for Hangzhou to connect with Shanghai and integrate into the Yangtze River Delta, and also a key pivot for industrial innovation and regional coordinated development in eastern Hangzhou. The Linping Fintech Tower is located in the “Nine-Grid” Core Business District of Nanyuan Subdistrict in the New City, adjacent to the cultural and ecological corridor of Fengshou Lake and the ecological green belt of the Computing Power Town. It enjoys a superior location with abundant urban natural resources and landscape. The 120m and 100m twin towers stand on two adjacent plots respectively, connected by a connecting corridor at the base spanning across the urban road. With its twisting and ascending skyline, the building has become a new landmark of the area.

大厦定位为区域科技研发与金融创投平台。塔楼7层以上办公空间计划引入金融科技、人工智能等领域的头部企业，形成优质企业产业集群；底部裙楼入驻共享办公与商业配套；城市连廊汇聚多场景交流、会议、临展空间，实现创投融资助力科技孵化、新质技术激活金融活力的“科技+金融”双轮驱动的新空间模式，共创一处生活工作紧密联系、城市景观与交通无界融合的综合性设施。大厦与周边算力小镇、艺尚小镇形成产业三角，填补区域高端产业载体空白，形成新城“数字金融-算力支撑-时尚消费”的产业链闭环，提升核心区总部集群城市形象与空间品质。

The Linping Fintech Tower is positioned as a regional platform for technological R&D and financial venture capital. Office spaces above the 7th floor of the tower are planned to introduce leading enterprises in fintech, artificial intelligence and other fields, forming a high-quality enterprise industrial cluster. The podium at the bottom will accommodate co-working spaces and commercial supporting facilities; the urban skybridge gathers multi-scenario communication, conference and temporary exhibition spaces, realizing a new spatial model of “technology + finance” dual-wheel drive, where venture capital promotes technological incubation and new-quality technologies activate financial vitality. It aims to create a comprehensive facility with close connection between life and work, and seamless integration of urban landscape and transportation. The tower forms an industrial triangle with the surrounding Computing Power Town and Yishang Town, filling the gap of high-end industrial carriers in the region, establishing a closed-loop industrial chain of “digital finance – computing power support – fashion consumption” in the new city, and improving the urban image and spatial quality of the headquarters cluster in the core area.

场地西侧滨水生态绿廊、东侧公共绿廊与中轴人行绿廊三股城市自然作用力引入场地，塑造塔楼连续动感的形体。地块四面完全向城市敞开，核心区的人流动线如同流水在大地上冲积，自然雕琢出裙房层层叠落的流畅形态——底层商业与共享办公空间沿此脉络蔓延渗透，与周边的城市活力圈融为一片。人群从街道汇聚、漫入、停驻，再通过层叠而上的裙房平台、穿街而过的高空连廊被缓缓引向高处，如同一场从地面升向天际的漫游。平台之上、连廊之间，视线交错、动线交织，空间的层次随着脚步的攀升而展开，形成丰富的空间探索体验。

Three urban natural forces—the waterfront ecological green corridor on the west side of the site, the public green corridor on the east side, and the central axis pedestrian green corridor—are introduced into the site to shape the continuous and dynamic form of the tower. The plot is fully open to the city on all four sides, and the pedestrian flow in the core area, like water eroding the ground, naturally carves out the smooth, layered form of the podium. The commercial and co-working spaces on the ground floor spread and penetrate along this context, integrating with the surrounding urban vitality circle. Crowds gather from the streets, wander in, and stay, then are slowly led to higher levels through the stacked podium platforms and the high-altitude skybridge crossing the street, like a journey roaming from the ground to the sky. Above the platforms and between the skybridges, sightlines crisscross and moving lines interweave, and the spatial layers unfold with the climbing steps, forming a rich spatial exploration experience.

设计结合了城市景观，让建筑整体呈现出向上生长的气势。塔楼外立面从底部裙楼开始，向上扭转延伸，与内部封闭规整的办公区域形成对比，整体呈现出螺旋上升的形态。建筑底部裙房的形态，是对三条城市绿廊走向的直接回应——西侧滨水、东侧公共与中轴人行这三股脉络，如同外力推开场地的方正基底，塑造成一组流畅舒展、向城市敞开的基座轮廓。商业与共享空间沿此被“雕琢”出的轮廓顺势布局，将人流从四面吸纳汇聚。于此，建筑不再以生硬的边界隔绝内外，而是以开放的姿态成为城市公共空间的有机延伸，让人与场所的关系在不知不觉中交融共生。

The design integrates urban landscapes, endowing the building with an upward-growing momentum as a whole. Starting from the podium at the bottom, the facade of the tower twists and extends upward, forming a contrast with the enclosed and regular office areas inside, and presenting a spiral ascending form as a whole. The form of the podium at the bottom of the building is a direct response to the direction of the three urban green corridors — the three veins of the waterfront on the west, the public space on the east and the central axis pedestrian corridor, like external forces pushing away the square base of the site, shaping a set of smooth and stretched base outlines open to the city. Commercial and co-working spaces are laid out along the “carved” outline, absorbing and gathering people flow from all directions. Here, the building no longer separates the inside and outside with rigid boundaries, but becomes an organic extension of urban public space with an open attitude, allowing the relationship between people and the place to blend and coexist unconsciously.

塔楼办公空间的标准幕墙系统，外挂金属装饰构件单元，肌理随建筑动态趋势而错动，强化形体的扭转感；裙房的造型以横向线脚作为主导，挑台的线脚厚度自下而上由厚重变轻盈，增强了建筑的升腾感。设计在主要城市街景界面进行验证与调整，对裙房的坡道与转角平台进行优化，令塔楼两套幕墙系统的分界线趋势向下自然延续到地面景观，形成流畅的建筑场地动态衔接。

The standard curtain wall system of the tower’s office space is equipped with external hanging metal decorative component units, whose texture shifts in accordance with the dynamic trend of the building, enhancing the sense of torsion of the form. The shape of the podium is dominated by horizontal moldings, and the thickness of the moldings of the cantilevered platforms changes from thick to light from bottom to top, enhancing the sense of ascent of the building. The design is verified and adjusted on the main urban streetscape interface, and the ramps and corner platforms of the podium are optimized, making the dividing line of the two sets of curtain wall systems of the tower naturally extend downward to the ground landscape, forming a smooth dynamic connection between the building and the site.

塔楼底部的大堂空间顺应场地不同方向的人流汇聚方向进行内部空间雕琢，围绕中央核心筒打造通高大堂，形成如溶洞峡谷地貌的空间体验。裙房内部设置联合办公、商业配套及会议展览等功能打造复合的产业孵化空间，营造启发性的创意办公服务集群。联通塔楼的连廊在通过性的必要空间骨架上附加了多样的休闲展示空间作为填充，打造一处体验丰富、交流活化的枢纽活动空间，为大厦引入各方科技初创与融资初投的展示洽谈提供孵化的平台。

The lobby space at the bottom of the tower is internally carved in accordance with the direction of people flow gathering from different directions of the site. A tall and spacious lobby is built around the central core tube, forming a spatial experience like a karst cave and canyon landform. Inside the podium, functions such as co-working spaces, commercial supporting facilities, conferences and exhibitions are set up to create a composite industrial incubation space, building an inspiring creative office service cluster. On the necessary spatial framework for passability, the skybridge connecting the towers is supplemented with various leisure and exhibition spaces as filling, creating a hub activity space with rich experience and active communication, and providing an incubation platform for the building to introduce display and negotiation activities of various technological startups and initial financing investments.

临平金融科技大厦以“扭转攀升”的建筑语汇回应城市脉络，将山水势能注入现代功能，塑造出一座汇聚自然意象与产业活力的产创智谷。它以双塔之姿成为杭州城东新城的视觉坐标，更以复合空间承载金融科技与创新孵化的双重使命。

The Linping Fintech Tower responds to the urban context with the architectural vocabulary of “twisting and ascending”, infuses the potential energy of mountains and rivers into modern functions, and shapes an industrial innovation and wisdom valley that gathers natural imagery and industrial vitality. With the posture of twin towers, it becomes the visual coordinate of Hangzhou East New City, and further undertakes the dual missions of fintech and innovation incubation with its composite space.
