The building of the end of XIX centure is of a historical value. The 2nd and 3rd storeys were constructed in the 60s of XX century and are reconstructed according to the project. The main entrance is transfered to the existing wing of the groundfloor. All storeys are designed for the placement of office premises. The basement has a caffe for employees. The mansard is used as an open space.

The concept of the project is to preserve as much as possible historical appearence of the building.
