Zero Impact Pod is a conceptual sustainable housing project that explores adaptive reuse by transforming an industrial cylindrical structure into a modern, eco-friendly living unit.The project focuses on minimizing environmental impact through modular design, recycled materials, and low-impact construction methods, proposing a future-oriented approach to sustainable living.

External Structure

Reused cylindrical steel structure (Steel / Industrial Tube).

Exterior surface treated with eco-friendly protective coatings to resist weather conditions and extend the structure’s lifespan.

The use of large glazed openings enhances the integration between the interior space and the surrounding nature, allowing natural light, visual continuity, and a strong connection with the landscape while maintaining thermal efficiency.

The interior design is based on a smart linear layout that efficiently utilizes the cylindrical space, with living, service, and sleeping areas arranged sequentially to ensure smooth circulation and functional comfort. Neutral colors and simple materials enhance a sense of calm and harmony, aligning with the project’s sustainable and minimal living concept.

A future-oriented solution for compact spaces, balancing functionality, comfort, and sustainability.
