Concept Development, Technical Documentation, FF&E Selection & Specification, BOQ Preparation, Custom Furniture Design, Supplier Coordination, and Site Supervision.

The Lobby Bar forms an extension of the reception area, developed as a transitional social space. This phase focused on translating the design concept into coordinated technical documentation, ensuring precision in custom joinery detailing, integrated lighting, material specification, and on-site execution.
