Story of Project:

is a Cultural and Astronomical Resort in Sinai that revives the Ancient Egyptians’ cosmic connection through a blend of culture, research, and leisure.

The project explores Egypt’s scientific and spiritual heritage through spaces like a research center, interactive exhibition, and healing zones inspired by ancient wisdom.

Located atop Sinai’s Rugum Mountains, it offers visitors a journey where knowledge meets beauty under the stars.

The master plan is derived from the geometry of the Ankh, where the upper loop forms the central core, symbolizing the origin of creation and universal energy, while the vertical and horizontal axes express the connection between heaven and earth. This reflects the Ancient Egyptian belief that astronomy was not merely observational, but a sacred science governing cosmic order.

The scarab is positioned as the conceptual center of the composition, referencing the mythological and astronomical interpretation of the sun’s daily journey. Just as the scarab was believed to push the solar disk across the sky, the architectural arms radiate from the core, echoing the beetle’s legs and wings, and symbolizing the dissemination of knowledge from a single cosmic nucleus.
