The design is driven by a fluid architectural language, expressed through a sculptural form that rises gracefully above the city, establishing AERIS as a distinctive landmark within the urban fabric.

At street level, the commercial zone activates the public realm with movement and interaction, while the office floors provide efficient and dynamic workspaces. The upper residential levels offer privacy and elevated living, combining comfort with panoramic city views.

The project explores the contrast between the fast-paced rhythm of the city and moments of calm. This duality is reflected in the transition from a vibrant urban scene to a serene riverside atmosphere, where AERIS connects architecture with nature in a balanced and harmonious way.

Special attention was given to lighting, atmosphere, and material definition to achieve a cinematic and immersive visual experience.
