The facade draws from traditional Islamic geometric art, translating the intricate patterns of the mashrabiya into a bold architectural statement that anchors the building's identity. A refined material palette of stone, champagne-toned metal, and dark glass creates an atmosphere of understated elegance — a space where heritage and modernity coexist with intention
