Saher Villa - The Qatari Elegance

Complete Interior Architecture

Located in Qatar and completed in 2023, the Saher Villa project combines neo-classical elegance with modern luxury. The main goal of the design was to create a home that feels both grand and welcoming. Using a refined palette of light greys, detailed wall moldings, and high-quality marble finishes, the design reflects the elegant lifestyle often seen in Qatar. Each space is carefully designed to bring in natural light and keep a visual connection with nature while still protecting the family’s privacy.

The Grand Living Room

The formal living room is the main focal point of the villa. It features a stunning double-height ceiling and large arched windows that fill the space with natural light. The soft, neutral seating contrasts beautifully with a bold custom green marble coffee table, which connects the interior colors with the greenery outside. The room is designed to work both as an elegant space for hosting guests and a calm place for relaxation.

The Double-Height Kitchen

A unique architectural idea was used in the kitchen. Instead of a standard flat ceiling, the space has a double-height design that makes it feel larger and more open. The cabinets use a refined two-tone palette—deep navy blue for the lower cabinets and clean white for the upper ones. This is complemented by a herringbone marble backsplash and a central island that becomes the main feature of the room.

The Corridors (The Transitional Journey)

The Formal Dining Room​​​​​​​

Designed for special gatherings, the dining room combines classic elegance with modern lighting. A sleek linear chandelier with globe lights hangs above a dark wood dining table, surrounded by softly upholstered chairs. The space also includes a built-in fireplace and offers clear views of the inner garden through tall arched glass doors, creating a calm and beautiful setting for every meal.

The Inner Garden & Courtyard​​​​​​​

The central inner garden acts as the “lungs” of the villa, providing a private open-air space that connects the main living areas. The design blends the indoor and outdoor spaces, with hanging vines, green plants, and comfortable outdoor seating placed on stone paving. This peaceful courtyard allows natural light to enter the home while still keeping full privacy from the outside.

The project features a beautifully designed bedroom suite that opens to a private green space, along with a large central inner garden that acts as the lungs of the villa, filling the interiors with natural light and a calm, natural atmosphere.​​​​​​​
