EXISTING SITE

该场地位于法国瓦尔省图尔图尔村（Tourtour）山麓，由多栋建筑组成：一栋普罗旺斯传统庄园住宅（bastide），作为主屋；一栋通过门廊与主屋相连的附属建筑（工作室）；一座兼具车库功能的鸽舍；

Located on the foothills of the village of Tourtour (Var, France), the site consists of several buildings: a Provençal bastide serving as the main house, an outbuilding connected to the main house by a porch (studio), a dovecote incorporating a garage.

该物业体现出典型的乡土建筑特征：石砌墙体具有较高的热惰性，建筑体量与朝向顺应地中海气候，北侧立面部分嵌入岩体之中，并受到遮蔽以抵御风力。

The property enjoys from qualities of vernacular architecture : stone walls with high thermal inertia, volumes and orientation adapted to the Mediterranean climate, and a northern facade partially embedded in the rock and protected from the wind.

室外空间主要由历史农业梯田（restanques）构成，并在20世纪末经历了一次重要改造，增设了游泳池及两处露台。其余场地则沿房屋上下坡展开，大部分仍保持未开发状态。

The exterior, consisting mainly of old agricultural terraces (restanques), underwent a major transformation at the end of the 20th century with the addition of a swimming pool and two terraces. The rest of the land, sloping downhill and uphill from the house, remains largely undeveloped.

PROJECT

本项目包括对建筑群的全面翻新、室外空间的重塑以及整体景观设计。室内方面，项目旨在恢复清晰而连贯的功能布局，同时保留并强化既有建筑的热工性能、结构特征与建筑价值。

The project includes the complete renovation of the building complex, the remodelling of the exteriors and comprehensive landscaping. Inside, the project aims to restore a coherent functional layout while preserving and enhancing the thermal, structural and architectural qualities of the existing building.

设计介入保持克制，并与在地语境相协调：采用石材、陶砖与石灰抹灰等传统材料，设置被动式通风系统、地暖系统以及根据具体需求配置的生物基保温材料。

The interventions are deliberately measured and coherent with the local context: use of traditional materials such as stone, earthenware, and lime plaster, installation of passive ventilation systems, underfloor heating, and biosourced insulation tailored to specific needs.

室外空间被整体重构：上下露台进行翻新、重新设计并加以延展；场地的不同层级按照普罗旺斯传统梯田（restanques）的方式重新组织。

The exterior is completely remodeled : the upper and lower terraces are being renovated, redesigned and extended. The different layers of the land are rearranged in the tradition of Provençal restanques.
