主教溪线性公园位于圣保罗市北部的卡肖埃里尼亚区，隶属于卡萨维尔德分行政区。项目用地毗邻坎塔雷拉山脉，其整个北侧边界与坎塔雷拉州立公园接壤。自2019年以来，市环境局（SVMA）下属的实施、项目与工程部门（DIPO）持续开展主教溪线性公园的相关研究，其形成的城市设计导则为后续建筑与城市设计初步方案的制定提供了依据。Natureza Urbana事务所受托对初步方案进行修订，开展测绘工作，并负责建筑、城市设计、景观、结构及基础设施等方面的基础设计与施工图设计。

Córrego do Bispo Linear Park is located in the Cachoeirinha District, within the Casa Verde Subprefecture, in the Northern Region of the Municipality of São Paulo. It occupies a site adjacent to the Cantareira Mountain Range, sharing its entire northern boundary with the Cantareira State Park. Since 2019, the Implementation, Projects and Works Division (DIPO) of the Municipal Secretariat for the Environment (SVMA) has been developing studies for Córrego do Bispo Linear Park, whose resulting urban guidelines informed the development of the Preliminary Architecture and Urban Design Study. Natureza Urbana was contracted to revise the Preliminary Study, prepare surveys, and develop the Basic and Executive Projects for architecture, urban design, landscape, structures and infrastructure for Córrego do Bispo Linear Park.

主教溪线性公园主核心区将设置两个入口，每个入口均配有门卫室。主入口位于EMEI Maria Lucia Petit da Silva幼儿园对面，设有宽敞的前广场，并配置城市家具以迎接公众；入口门卫室配有向前延展的雨棚覆盖前广场。从该入口进入后，一系列坡道将连接公园内各项功能设施，同时消解通往主建筑的高差。第二个入口同样设有门卫室及小型雨棚，主要作为技术性入口使用，并直接连接主建筑的后勤服务区域。

The Main Core of Córrego do Bispo Linear Park will feature two access gates, each with a guardhouse to be constructed. The main entrance, located in front of EMEI Maria Lucia Petit da Silva, will include a generous access forecourt with urban furniture designed to welcome the public, as well as a gatehouse with a canopy that extends over the forecourt. From this access point, a sequence of inclined planes connects the various proposed facilities within the park and resolves the grade difference leading up to the main building. The second access gate, which also includes a gatehouse and a small canopy, functions as a more technical entrance, connected directly to the service area of the main building.

主建筑的功能被划分为三座采用结构陶瓷砌体建造的体量，通过三片相互叠合的金属雨棚连接，其屋面采用带保温层的金属板材。靠近公共入口的第一体量设置公共卫生间，其雨棚外挑形成一个开放但有遮蔽的多功能空间。第二体量包括管理用房、储藏空间及员工茶水间；第三体量靠近服务入口，设置员工卫生间、更衣室以及设备维护用房。

The program of the main building is divided into three structures built with structural ceramic masonry, connected by three overlapping metal canopies with insulated metal roofing. The building closest to the public entrance houses the public restrooms, and its canopy projection creates a large open but sheltered multipurpose space. The second structure accommodates the administrative room, storage area, and staff pantry, and the third structure, located near the service entrance, houses the staff restrooms and locker rooms, as well as the technical maintenance area.

在建筑前方，设计了结合种植池的看台式台阶，其兼具双重功能：既作为公共停留与交流的空间，也作为地形的挡土结构。结合规划中的各类设施与城市家具，这些空间共同构成面向未来使用者的休闲、集会与游乐场所。所采用的结构体系——结构砌体与金属结构的组合——实现了快速、经济的建造方式，同时呈现出当代建筑语言。屋面不仅提供遮蔽空间以支持社交活动，还集成了雨水收集系统，将径流引导至储水罐，用于后续再利用，例如清洁室外空间及灌溉景观。

In front of the buildings, bleachers interspersed with planters were designed, serving a dual purpose: they create social gathering and seating areas while also functioning as retaining structures for the terrain. Together with the proposed facilities and urban furniture, they create leisure, gathering and play spaces for the park’s future users. The chosen structural system—structural masonry combined with metal structure—enabled a fast and economical construction with a contemporary architectural language. The roof planes, in addition to providing sheltered areas for social interaction, include a rainwater collection system that directs runoff to a reuse tank for storage and later distribution to exterior faucets used for cleaning outdoor areas and irrigating the landscape.

项目还包括对连接主核心区与Fazendinha核心区的人行道进行改造与适应性提升。该人行道将被拓宽，并在沿线开敞节点中布置健身器材、儿童游乐设施及城市家具，在两个公园核心之间形成若干小型公共聚集广场。

The project also includes the renovation and adaptation of the sidewalk connecting the Main Core to the Fazendinha Core. The sidewalk will be widened, and in open clearings along the route, fitness equipment, playground elements and urban furniture were installed, creating small gathering plazas between the two park cores.
