This project is an urban regeneration and mixed-use architectural proposal developed as a pre-graduation academic project and awarded a grade of A. 🏆.

The design aims to reconnect fragmented urban areas through a central public and cultural hub 🌿 that activates the surrounding context socially and spatially. The proposal integrates architecture, landscape, and water 💧 to create vibrant public spaces that encourage social interaction and enhance connectivity between dense residential neighborhoods and newly developed zones.

The master plan focuses on walkability 🚶‍♀️, green corridors 🌱, and waterfront activation 🌊, transforming underutilized spaces into lively, human-centered environments. Architecturally, the project adopts a contemporary language rooted in local identity, emphasizing shaded arcades, open courtyards, and green roofs 🌳 to respond to climate and user comfort.
