GRN is a boutique café and bakery designed as a spatial interpretation of warmth, craft, and material honestyInspired by the essence of grain, the project translates natural textures into a calm architectural experience.

Design is more than aesthetics; it’s about flow. By analyzing the axonometric view and curated material palette, the project reveals a rhythmic use of vertical timber slats and earthy textures, creating a cohesive visual language throughout the café.

The Bar serves as the energetic anchor of the interior. Designed with clean lines and high-contrast materials, it facilitates seamless interaction between the barista and the guest, while showcasing the artisanal nature of the craft.

Display niches are carved within the wooden volume, allowing bakery products to become part of the architectural composition.

The axonometric view reveals the architectural logic behind the project — wood panels wrap the interior envelope, unifying display, seating, and service elements into one cohesive language.

The seating layout encourages pause and conversation, while controlled lighting shapes a quiet, immersive mood.

Natural light acts as a dynamic material in this space. Softened by sheer drapery, the sunlight dances across the wooden surfaces and plush seating, creating an ever-changing atmosphere that evolves from dawn to dusk.

A delicate balance of luminosity and depth. The shifting shadows add a layer of visual drama, transforming the interior atmosphere as the natural light evolves throughout the day.

Away from the buzz, private nooks offer a sanctuary for focus and relaxation. The furniture selection focuses on ergonomic comfort and sculptural form, ensuring that every guest finds their perfect spot within the 'GRN' environment.

God is in the details. From the 'Order Here' typography etched into warm wood to the cool touch of veined steel, every corner is a celebration of craftsmanship. These micro-moments define the user experience and elevate the daily coffee ritual.
