The Capital Boutique Hotel | A Contemporary Najdi Landmark in Riyadh

A contemporary boutique hotel located in the heart of Riyadh, designed as a refined interpretation of Najdi architecture through a modern lens.

The project explores the balance between tradition and innovation, translating local architectural identity into a bold, sculpted façade. Vertical elements and rhythmic massing create a dynamic composition that enhances depth, shadow, and visual interest, giving the building a strong iconic presence within the urban context.

Natural materials play a key role in shaping the character of the project. Warm stone textures, wooden accents, and carefully integrated lighting work together to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. During the day, the façade interacts with sunlight to emphasize its layered geometry, while at night, soft architectural lighting transforms the building into a glowing landmark.

The surrounding landscape and urban integration are carefully considered to elevate the guest experience. Pedestrian-friendly spaces, greenery, and open visual connections contribute to a sense of comfort and accessibility, reinforcing the boutique hospitality concept.
