It was a challenge for me to create a cosy and functional home, even at 27 м². I wanted to use more interesting materials in the design..

So, starting with planning is the most important part of creating space.

Planning is essential for creating a comfortable and efficient living space. It is the rhythm of a person's life, and all functional knowledge must correspond to it:

bedroom area → recreation area → dining and cooking area → storage → bathroom → entrance group

The resident of the apartment moves in this circle at the beginning of the day in one direction and the opposite direction in the evening. But all important functions are preserved.

The important elementIn this apartment, the entrance area and the kitchen-living room are united by a long closet in which there is a place for outerwear and everyday clothes, as well as a few sections reserved for the kitchen. Namely, this is household storage and a refrigerator. All sections used by the kitchen have perforated facades for ventilation.

Stainless steel dining table.The material is very tactile and sets the character of this apartment.

A small window was added above the kitchen to let daylight into the bathroom.

BedroomThere is only a bed and a wardrobe. Now the bedroom is used for healthy sleep. And all the noise and media remain behind the glass partition - in the living room.

BathroomHere is a sink with a mirror and a shelf below, which are made of terracotta tiles.Toilet and storage cupboard above, shower with a silver raincoat fabric curtain. The texture of which matches the blue plaster and its texture, as well as the table in the kitchen.Shade-loving plants are hung above the sink and shower, but you can also hang artificial plants.

A symbol of the union of exterior and interior

These apartments have access to the terrace, which in the warm season can be combined with the kitchen.The floor covering of the terrace partially goes into the room itself in the form of 1 step. It is an integral part of the whole space together with the terrace because we see it all year round.A staircase that connects the street and the house; has the function of a windowsill, the function of a shelf for books and vinyl, as well as a sleeping place for a cat :)

Well, this was my third project where I'm looking for something I like.At the moment, I see that concrete, metal and cold shades go hand in hand.
