While developing the design of the apartment, the goal was to achieve maximum flexibility in the layout solution, focusing the important spatial points according to the user's preferences. The apartment's finishings consist of natural materials such as wood, stone, and white plaster, allowing one to experience a clean space within each room. The bedroom solution offers various scenarios for the use and compact storage of a large number of items. The decision was made to forgo traditional sun protection methods in favor of sliding surfaces, which provide the opportunity to take advantage of different lighting scenarios. At the center of the composition, there is a bar counter with a bonsai, serving as a vibrant accent to the main concept of the apartment.
