At first, we found a place from our dreams. A remote Carpathian village where everyone knows each other, gathers together on weekdays and holidays.

An old cottage and an equally old apple tree near the porch. And behind it, a clear expanse of sky stretching as far as the eye can see. And silence.

Here, lilacs bloom late and mist descends early. Here, you can communicate with each other from a distance, standing on the edge of the mountain. Here, it all came to life — the concept of a hotel where CINEMA. MUSIC. COSMOS. converged.___________________________________

Спочатку ми знайшли місце із наших мрій. Віддалене карпатське село, де усі знаються між собою, збираються разом і у будень, і у свято.Стара хата і така сама стара яблуня біля ґанку. А ззаду — чистий небокрай, допоки сягає зір. І тиша.

Тут пізно зацвітає бузок і рано спускається туман.

Тут можна перегукуватись, стоячи на віддалі гори. Тут втілився він — концепт готелю, де зустрілись  КІНО. МУЗИКА. КОСМОС.

People came here to be inspired and create because in silence you can hear the best. Good forest spirits protect this place. They control the clouds. Here stands a traditional blue cottage with intricate patterns, typical of this region. Our idea of revealing the potential of this place was to allow people to soak in the atmosphere both in the old cottage and in the new architecture.

Добрі лісові духи охороняють це місце. Керують хмарами. Тут стоїть традиційна для цієї місцевості голуба хатка із взорчастим чеканням. Наш задум розкриття потенціалу цього місця полягав у тому, щоб можна було набутись і у старенькій хатинці, і у новій архітектурі.

At its core is its majestic VIEW.The architecture is linear and light. It does not disrupt the environment with its expressiveness; instead, it allows it to unfold in all its perfect beauty.The structure is curved in a crescent moon shape and does not stand out prominently from a distance. There is a logical explanation for this: the surrounding environment is modestly formed, and the local people paint their houses in light tones. Therefore, in creating the new volume, we aimed not to distract from the modern architecture.

To perceive the object as a whole, you can only do so by flying a drone or hiking up the neighboring hill. Imagine the contrast: you are traveling through an authentic Hutsul village, where century-old cottages are scattered around, and suddenly, the main road leads you to a facade with a massive focal circle, symbolizing the sun itself.

In winter, you stand there and hear the distant sounds of carols. "On Sunday, the sun would rise early"...

В основі — його величність ВИГЛЯД.Архітектура лінійна і легка. Вона не порушує середовище своєю виразністю, а навпаки — дозволяє йому розкритись в усій його досконалій красі.

Споруда заокруглена дугою у формі півмісяця і не буде сильно читатись здалеку. Цьому є логічне пояснення: середовище навколо достатньо скромно сформоване, а самі місцеві люди малюють хатинки в світлі тони, тому, створюючи новий об’єм, ми прагнули не відволікати сучасною архітектурою.

Побачити об’єкт цілісним можна лише тоді, коли пролетиш дроном або піднімешся пішки на сусідню гору. Уяви контраст: ти їдеш по справжньому гуцульському селі, де розкидані 100-річні хатинки і раптом — основна дорога приводить тебе до фасаду із величезним акцентним колом, яке ототожнюється з самим Сонцем.Взимку ти стоїш і чуєш як здалеку лунає коляда.“В неділю рано сонце сходило”...

The rectangle emerging from the hill is bent into the shape of a crescent moon to showcase the best view. The recreational area doubles as a place for celebrating life—a multifunctional open space with two guest rooms, a sunken terrace, and the house itself, which becomes its enveloping structure.

Its magnificence lies in the sun drawing its circle and disappearing behind the horizon right before your eyes. This is the ultimate live theater, and before you is the finest live stage. The terrace, with a fire pit, is perfect for early chilly dawns and evening sunsets.

________________________Прямокутник, який виринає із пагорба, зігнутий у формі півмісяця, щоб показати найкращий вид. Зона відпочинку одночасно є місцем для святкування життя —мультифункціональний відкритий простір, два номери для гостей, втоплена тераса і сам будинок, який стає її обгорткою.Його величність Сонце малює своє коло і ховається за горизонт прямо перед очима. Це найкращий живий театр, а перед вами — найкраща жива сцена. Тераса з ватрою для ранніх холодних світанків і вечірніх заходів сонця.
