Putāhi Teia is a highly anticipated commercial development situated in the heart of Tauranga, New Zealand.

Developed by Pukaingataru B18 in collaboration with BECA, this premium commercial refurbishment has been designed to meet the growing market demand for modern A-Grade office space in the city.

We were commissioned to create a teaser animation and a set of still images, to assist with the marketing campaign and communication with investors and the public.

The result is a powerful representation of the project that not only showcases its unique features but also evokes a sense of connection with the area and pride among the people of Tauranga.
