Nefrytowa Park is an intimate residential development of semi-detached apartments, located in a peaceful part of Rzeszów – on Nefrytowa Street, in the Załęże district.

The project was created for families and young individuals who value modern architecture, proximity to nature, and functional solutions that enhance everyday comfort.

For this investment, we developed a full range of marketing and branding materials – from the visual identity concept to the website launch:

· Visual identity design inspired by the natural surroundings and modern architectural form,

· Facade concept and material selection consistent with the character of the location,

· Photorealistic 3D visualizations – from aerial perspectives to eye-level street views, showcasing the atmosphere of the estate and its natural setting,

· Apartment floor plans based on interior design concepts, illustrating layout potential and stylistic coherence,

· Apartment cards designed for both print and digital use, aligned with the visual identity system,

· Marketing copy emphasizing key advantages – proximity to the forest, modern architecture, and high construction quality,

· Promotional materials including banner designs, leaflets, and vehicle wrap graphics.
