Queens Park Residence是悉尼东郊极具代表性的住宅改造作品，由SE DEA设计团队打造，成为当地融合城市肌理与当代居住需求的设计典范。项目坐落于悉尼皇后公园片区，依托区域的城市生态与居住氛围，在原有建筑基底上完成空间焕新与功能重构，为现代家庭打造出兼具美学质感与生活实用性的居住空间。

Queens Park Residence is a highly representative residential renovation project in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. It was designed by the SE DEA design team and has become a design model that integrates the urban fabric with contemporary living needs in the local area. The project is located in the Queen Park area of Sydney. Leveraging the urban ecology and living atmosphere of the region, it completed the renovation of the space and the reconfiguration of functions, creating a living space that combines aesthetic quality and practicality for modern families.

设计团队以场地空间特质为核心，在户型规划中精准把控尺度、梳理动线，让有限的居住空间呈现出通透开阔的视觉感受。设计中运用大面积玻璃材质与通透隔断，最大化引入自然光线，同时让室内空间与外部景观形成视觉联动，消弭建筑内外部的环境边界，让居住者在室内亦可感受自然景致的意趣。

The design team focused on the characteristics of the site space and precisely controlled the scale and organized the flow lines in the house layout, making the limited living space present a transparent and spacious visual experience. In the design, large areas of glass materials and transparent partitions were used to maximize the introduction of natural light, while also creating a visual connection between the indoor space and the external landscape, eliminating the environmental boundaries between the inside and outside of the building, allowing residents to experience the charm of natural scenery even indoors.

萨曼莎·伯托尔斯（Samantha Birtles）作为SE DEA的设计总监，带领团队在材质选择上实现了细腻与质感的平衡。浅调石材、柔化处理的木质饰面构成空间基底，搭配深色金属框架与定制五金件，在色彩与材质的碰撞中营造出层次丰富的视觉效果，带有手工质感的装饰细节，更为空间赋予了独特的温度与个性。

Samantha Birtles, as the design director of SE DEA, led the team to achieve a balance between delicacy and texture in material selection. The light-toned stone and softened wooden finishes form the base of the space, complemented by dark metal frames and custom hardware. The collision of colors and materials creates a rich visual effect, with decorative details featuring a handcrafted texture, which further endows the space with a unique warmth and personality.

设计方案深度契合现代家庭的多元居住需求，公共区域兼顾社交与日常休闲功能，私密区域则着重营造静谧舒适的居住体验。设计团队将悉尼城市的多元气质融入空间营造，使Queens Park Residence既兼具都市居住的精致与便捷，又留存了自然松弛的生活氛围。

The design plan deeply meets the diverse living needs of modern families. The public areas balance social interaction and daily leisure functions, while the private areas focus on creating a quiet and comfortable living experience. The design team incorporated the diverse characteristics of Sydney into the space creation, making Queens Park Residence not only possess the refinement and convenience of urban living, but also retain the relaxed and natural atmosphere of a rural lifestyle.
