天鹅湖礼堂坐落于江苏省苏州市吴中区天鹅荡路南侧、天鹅湖公园中央花岛之上，建筑临湖而立、浮于水面，形态宛若振翅欲飞的天鹅。

Swan Lake Chapel occupies the central flower island of Swan Lake Park, south of Tian’e Dang Road, Wuzhong, Suzhou. Perched above the water, its form evokes a swan with outstretched wings.

如今，城市公园的意义已不再局限于绿化、便民等传统基础功能，转而承载人文关怀、经济活力与空间美学等多重价值，以多元业态融合发展的形式重塑大众的生活方式。在公园内引入轻量休闲商业、文创、露营等业态，通过 “以商养绿” 反哺绿地养护，激活存量资源，实现长效可持续运营。此次设计便由此展开：

In contemporary urban development, the significance of urban parks extends beyond conventional basic functions such as greening and public convenience, and instead embodies multiple values including humanistic care, economic vitality and spatial aesthetics. Through the integrated development of diverse functions, public lifestyles are reshaped. The introduction of light leisure commerce, cultural innovation, camping and other programs into parks supports green space maintenance via the strategy of “nurturing green through commerce”, revitalizes existing resources and achieves long - term sustainable operation. The design is developed based on the above context:

设计概念：羽翼舒展，湖光共生

Design concept

项目缘起于对天鹅湖公园独特环境的再解读。公园中心水系虽临近主干道，却因高差与植被掩映而成为视线的空白。设计团队在踏勘时发现，这里正是观赏湖面日落与水鸟栖息的最佳角度。水面折射出大片天空，与城市倒影交织，赋予空间一种宁静而超然的氛围。正是这种“繁华之内，水色之外”的微妙气质，成为设计的灵感源泉。我们希望在此营造一组轻盈的水上建筑，如同天鹅落湖、振翅、轻触水面的瞬间姿态，让人们在湖光与建筑之间，找到片刻的仪式感与安宁。

The project derives from a reinterpretation of Swan Lake Park’s unique environment. While the central water area lies near the main road, it remains visually secluded due to terrain elevation and vegetation. Site surveys reveal this as the prime viewpoint for lake sunsets and waterbird habitats. The water reflects the sky and urban shadows, creating a tranquil and ethereal atmosphere. Such a subtle character—serenity amid prosperity, seclusion by the water—becomes the design inspiration. We aim to create a set of lightweight floating structures, capturing the moment a swan lands, spreads its wings, and gently touches the surface. Between lake scenery and architecture, visitors can experience a quiet sense of ritual and calm.

01.礼堂

Chapel

“羽翼舒展，光影流动，仪式与日常共生。”

天鹅湖礼堂取意于水禽展翅的灵动姿态。建筑外观最显著的特征是如羽翼般向上舒展的曲面屋顶，在光影下呈现出轻盈的羽翼质感。立面以拱形大面玻璃为核心，拱形门洞不仅勾勒出丰富的光影层次，其圆润的形态更与水面涟漪形成视觉呼应，有效消解了硬质建筑对周边自然环境的压迫感。建筑内部布局通透开放，两侧相对的拱形空间引入充足自然光线，营造出灵动的穿梭感。日暮时分，建筑内部灯光与檐下灯带交织，倒映于平静湖面之上，再现了 “水光潋滟” 的诗意江南意境。

Inspired by a wing‑spread waterfowl, the Swan Lake Chapel features a curved roof that rises gently like feathers, creating a light, elegant texture in light and shadow. The facade uses large arched glass that echoes the lake’s ripples and softens the building’s presence. The open, transparent interior with arched openings brings in ample natural light for a fluid experience. At dusk, lights along the eaves reflect on the lake, evoking the poetic atmosphere of shimmering water.

礼堂空间通透，打造开敞无遮挡的室内格局。吊顶采用向上拱起的弧形造型，与立面拱形窗洞形成上下呼应，强化了空间的仪式感与向心性。平面布局采用模块化、可重组的弹性设计，通过可灵活摆布的家具与通透的空间划分，可根据婚礼仪式、艺术沙龙、小型演出、湖畔餐会等多元活动需求，自由切换集会、社交、展演等多种功能场景，实现空间的高效复合利用。通透的拱形落地玻璃将湖景与自然光充分引入室内，末端的拱形花窗以彩色玻璃为介质，在空间中投射出斑斓光影，与自然光线形成丰富对话，进一步强化了空间的灵动性与开放性，让建筑成为承载多元生活场景的 “水上会客厅”。

The Chapel features a transparent and open interior layout. Its upward-arched ceiling echoes the arched openings on the facade, enhancing the spatial ritual and centripetal feeling. The modular and flexible layout allows furniture to be freely arranged, easily adapting to various events such as weddings, salons, performances and banquets with convertible functions. The arched floor-to-ceiling glass brings in lake views and natural light, while the stained-glass windows cast beautiful shadows, enriching the light and shadow effect. The space is agile and open, forming a unique “waterside living room” that integrates diverse functions.

02浮岛包间

Waterside Private Room

“素羽静卧，弧光环抱，黄昏轻影落湖心。”

浮岛包间以羽翼舒展的曲面屋顶为核心造型，与主礼堂形成形态呼应，宛如 “天鹅静卧” 的设计意象。竖向金属铝板立面弱化了体量感，让空间仿若漂浮于湖面之上。既保证了包间的私密性，又实现了与自然环境的交融。日暮时分，建筑灯光倒映于水面，与主礼堂光影相映成趣，打造出兼具仪式感与私密性的湖畔专属社交空间，为宾客提供沉浸式的临水体验。

The waterside private room features a wing-like curved roof, echoing the main auditorium and embodying the “resting swan” concept. Its vertical aluminum facade softens the volume, making the space float gently on the lake. It ensures privacy while blending with nature. At dusk, lights reflect on the water, complementing the auditorium’s glow to create an exclusive, immersive lakeside social space.

浮岛包间室内纯白的弧形吊顶弱化了结构边界，借天光塑造流动的线性光影场域，以轻盈通透的形态强化空间仪式感。极简白的纯净基底，搭配清新绿的定制软装，在自然光影的浸润中，实现私密围合与景观渗透的精妙平衡，为宾客营造出沉浸式的湖畔专属社交体验，于水畔静享安宁，于繁华中觅得松弛。

The pure white curved ceiling in the waterside private room softens structural boundaries, shaping a flowing linear light field with natural light to enhance spatial ritual in a light, transparent form. With a minimalist white base paired with custom green soft furnishings, it achieves a delicate balance between private enclosure and landscape penetration under natural light, creating an immersive exclusive lakeside social experience for guests—enjoying tranquility by the water and finding relaxation amid urban bustle.

03 湖畔餐吧

Lakeside Bar

“光影织界，烟火围合，半处闲望湖心处”

弧形造型的湖畔餐吧仿若立于湖畔的灯塔，与湖上礼堂形成视觉对话。立面采用铝方通栅格并延续礼堂拱门式开口，既塑造出轻盈通透的光影节奏感，又与湖面建筑的曲线轮廓形成自然呼应，打造出兼具停驻感与眺望性的过渡区域。

The lakeside bar with a curved shape resembles a lighthouse standing by the lake, engaging in a visual dialogue with the auditorium on the water. Its facade adopts aluminum square tube grilles and inherits the arched openings of the auditorium, which not only creates a light and transparent rhythmic sense of light and shadow, but also naturally echoes the curved contours of the buildings on the lake, forming a transitional area with both a sense of stay and view.

步入湖畔餐吧，木饰面吊顶与裸露清水混凝土墙面形成温润与粗粝的材质对撞。餐吧室内以下沉阶梯半圆舞台为视觉核心，背景保留原生混凝土肌理，搭配层次丰富的垂直绿植，与轻盈通透的建筑外壳形成微妙张力，营造出与湖岸气韵相融的内向性场域。

Upon entering the lakeside bar, the wood veneer ceiling contrasts with the exposed fair-faced concrete wall in a dialogue between warmth and rawness. Centered on a sunken stepped semi-circular stage as the visual focal point, the interior retains the raw concrete texture at the backdrop, complemented by layered vertical greenery. This creates subtle tension with the light and transparent architectural envelope, forming an introverted space that harmonizes with the spirit of the lakeshore.

大面积落地玻璃无界引入湖景天光与城市天际线，实现室内外景观浑然一体；日间，自然光线透过栅格在墙面与地面铺展，在墙面上形成随时间流转的斑驳纹理；夜幕降临后，内部暖光透过拱门缝隙溢出，与湖面倒影交织成一幅动态画卷。

Large-area floor-to-ceiling glass seamlessly brings in lake scenery, natural light and the urban skyline, integrating interior and exterior landscapes into one. During the day, natural light spreads across walls and floors through the grilles, casting mottled patterns that shift with time; at night, warm interior light filters out through the arched gaps, blending with the lake reflections to form a dynamic picture.

未来愿景

Vision

天鹅湖礼堂及附属休息配套建筑的设计，是一场以 “自然共生、人文赋能” 为核心的场景重构，更是对公园存量资产价值的深度挖掘与升级 —— 不同于传统单一的餐饮或文化空间，这里以 “刚柔并济” 的设计逻辑，把湖景资源与建筑功能无缝衔接，将自然景观、文化内涵与消费体验融为一体。践行了公园业态升级的政策导向，更让天鹅湖周边的文旅价值得到充分释放。既满足了大众对高品质休闲生活的需求，也为城市公园业态的创新发展提供了可借鉴的实践样本，让自然之美、人文之韵与生活之暖在这片空间里完美交融。

The design of Swan Lake Chapel and its ancillary leisure facilities is a nature-integrated, culture-empowered spatial renewal, deeply unlocking the value of existing park assets. Adopting a design philosophy of rigidity and softness in balance, the project seamlessly links lake views with architectural functions, merging natural landscape, cultural context and leisure experience. It aligns with the policy of upgrading park industries, fully releasing the cultural and tourism value of the Swan Lake area. Meeting public demand for high-quality leisure, it offers a replicable model for urban park innovation, where natural beauty, cultural charm and daily warmth blend harmoniously.
