位于阿利坎特省贝尼塔切尔镇普韦布洛诺乌的Casa L5，是一座面向海平线的建筑观景台。该项目由Pasqual Giner与Auñón Cabrera合作而生，是一次追求整体协调性的实践。在这座住宅中，建筑、室内设计与材料性以一种精致而永恒的语言相互对话，景观不再仅仅是背景，而是成为了设计方案真正的概念主轴。

Located in Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Alicante, Casa L5 emerges as an architecture-viewpoint oriented towards the sea horizon. The project, born from the collaboration between Pasqual Giner and Auñón Cabrera, is articulated as an exercise in holistic coherence. In this home, architecture, interior design, and materiality converse in a single, refined, and timeless language, where the landscape transcends the role of a mere backdrop to become the true conceptual axis of the proposal.

建筑的体量构成通过叠加于天然石基座之上的白色水平面得以实现。这种二元性在视觉轻盈感与构造存在感之间建立了精确的平衡，使建筑能够融入环境，而非强加于环境。在室内，从入口处起，垂直维度便占据主导，一个双层通高的门厅从一开始就组织起空间体验。楼梯作为一个雕塑元素，除了其显而易见的连接功能外，还构建了空间的流线与感知。这种空间感知由自然光持续塑造，而出挑与悬挑结构则严格把控着光影，进一步强调了建筑的纵深感。

The volumetric composition is resolved through the superposition of white horizontal planes resting on natural stone plinths. This duality establishes a precise balance between visual lightness and tectonic presence, allowing the architecture to settle into its surroundings without imposing upon them. Inside, the vertical dimension takes center stage right from the entrance, featuring a double-height foyer that organizes the spatial experience from the very first moment. The staircase acts as a sculptural element; beyond its obvious connective function, it structures the circulation and the perception of space. This spatial perception is continuously shaped by natural light, strictly controlled by overhangs and cantilevers that accentuate the depth of the architecture.

模糊室内外之间的物理边界是该项目的核心理念之一。从主要生活空间望去，通高的落地玻璃窗将视线引向大海，而无边泳池则从视觉上延伸了景观，巩固了建筑与自然环境之间无间断的连续性。

Blurring the physical boundaries between indoors and outdoors is one of the project’s fundamental premises. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing directs the gaze toward the sea from the main living areas, while the infinity pool visually extends the landscape, consolidating the uninterrupted continuity between the built and natural environments.

这种流动感通过植根于视觉与触觉一致性的材料策略得以强化：一种连贯的铺地将室内外统一起来，与天然石墙带来的厚重感和沉稳感相互对话，而木材则引入温暖，赋予空间以居家的尺度感。每一种材料、每一道饰面、每一件家具的选择，都不是作为装饰配件，而是作为一种静谧建筑语言中不可或缺的组成部分。

This fluidity is reinforced by a material strategy rooted in visual and tactile coherence: a continuous flooring that unifies both realms, engaging in a dialogue with the density and groundedness provided by the natural stone walls, and the warmth introduced by the wood to give the space a domestic scale. Every material, finish, and piece of furniture has been selected not as an accessory, but as an essential component of a serene architectural language.
