泽川景观：在广袤的山脊与城市缩影之间，房屋与围墙曾是隔绝的边界。然而，当花园成为生活的容器，微小的事物便在有限的场域中寻得了庇护。

Z&C Studio：When stretching mountain ridges meet the urban skyline, houses and walls once stood as boundaries of separation. Yet, when a garden becomes the container of life, tiny things find shelter in the vast space.

当被数字世界占据的神经回归本真，我们开始重新感知日常——凝视一片叶脉的脉络，追随雨滴从空中坠落的轨迹，聆听雨水拂过万物的声响。世界的模样，藏在这些被忽略的细节里。

When our nerves, occupied by the digital world, return to their essence, we begin to perceive the ordinary again—gazing at the veins of a leaf, following the trail of raindrops falling from the sky, and listening to the sound of rain brushing against all things. The world’s true form lies in these overlooked details.

在真实或想象的花园空间中，放松、观察、感知，是与生活重新对话的起点。

In a real or imagined garden space, relaxing, observing, and perceiving are the starting points for rekindling dialogue with life.

项目概况｜Project Overview

项目落地于重庆万科17英里，空间规划为双层结构，功能定位清晰且互补。

The project is located at Vanke 17 Mile Garden in Caijia, Chongqing, with a two-level spatial layout and clear, complementary functional positioning.

– Level 1: Focused on social reception, it connects the living room to the external natural landscape, achieving deep integration of vision and function; the viewing area outside the tea room’s daylight well introduces natural light into the space, crafting an immersive tea-drinking ambiance.

·二层：以私人休憩为主，涵盖健身房外接观景区、主卧外接露台区域，为居者打造专属的私享放松场域。

– Level 2: Designed for private leisure, it includes a viewing area adjacent to the gym and a terrace outside the master bedroom, creating an exclusive retreat for the residents.

项目沟通｜Project Communication

现场沟通时，业主描绘的核心场景凝练出两个关键词：静谧、自然。

The project was initiated by the client. During on-site communication, the client’s core vision for the space distilled into two key words: Serenity, Nature.

前期设计中，我们深度研读室内设计风格理念，拒绝“室内与景观割裂”的状态，致力于让景观成为建筑内部空间的向外延伸。

In the early design phase, we conducted an in-depth study of the interior design philosophy, rejecting the separation between interior and landscape, and striving to make the landscape an outward extension of the interior space.

通过材质的对话与植物的叙事，让空间无声传递使用者的情绪与性格——这是我们对“设计有逻辑”的坚持，不只为美而设计，更要为生活而生长。

Through the dialogue of materials and the narrative of plants, we let the space silently convey the emotions and personality of the user—this is our adherence to “design with logic”, not just designing for beauty, but growing for life.

项目解题｜Project Solution

从空间本质出发，结合室内布局与业主需求，我们分区域构建设计逻辑，让每一处细节都服务于“融合”与“呼应”。

Starting from the essence of the space and combining the interior layout with the client’s needs, we build the design logic by area, ensuring every detail serves “integration” and “echo”.

一层｜Level 1

客厅外接景观区：打破边界感，将材质融入绿植，让景观如自然生长般渗透室内；调整原有庭院门与建筑入口的错位关系，依托虚实格栅的层次，用水波纹玻璃模糊内外边界，营造“犹抱琵琶半遮面”的朦胧叙事感。

Exterior landscape area of the living room: Breaking the sense of boundary, we integrate materials into plants, allowing the landscape to penetrate the interior as if growing naturally. We adjusted the misalignment between the original courtyard gate and the building entrance, and used water-corrugated glass to blur the internal and external boundaries, creating a haptic narrative of “half-hidden as if playing the pipa”.

作为设备间通道与花园主入口的双重载体，侧花园以“曲径通幽”的小径构建背景空间，前景以一株数十年老桩石榴树为画面核心，形成前、中、后三层景观层次。

Serving as both a passage to the equipment room and the main entrance of the garden, the side garden uses a “winding path leading to a secluded place” to build the background space, with a century-old pomegranate tree as the foreground focal point, forming a three-level landscape hierarchy (foreground, middle ground, background).

四周微地形与山石结合，借鉴自然山野之美，借景生情；起伏的球状植物、山石与苔藓地被，从围墙边缘延伸至建筑边界，

The micro-terrain and stone rocks around are combined, drawing on the beauty of nature mountain wilderness to evoke emotions; the undulating spherical plants, stones and moss ground cover extend from the boundary of the enclosure to the building boundary,

再至茶室采光井的太湖石区域，让原本割裂的内外空间，在地形塑造下实现自然呼应。

And then to the Taihu stone area of the tea room’s daylight well, realizing natural echo between the originally separated internal and external spaces through terrain shaping.

二层｜Level 2

作为主人的私人休憩区（含健身房、书房、主卧），二层以实用为核心，兼顾观景需求。

As the private leisure area for the owner (including the gym, study and master bedroom), Level 2 focuses on practicality while meeting the viewing needs.

从健身房延伸出的木平台，与外部景观紧密咬合；一株羽毛枫成为窗景核心，初春时枝叶掩映于玻璃内外，成为男主最偏爱的休憩角落。

The wooden platform extending from the gym is closely integrated with the external landscape; a Japanese maple becomes the core of the window view. Its leaves and branches are hidden inside and outside the glass in early spring, making it the favorite resting spot for the male owner.

“看山是山，看山不是山，看山还是山”——在当下的快节奏生活中，我们希望这里能成为居者“观自在、向内求”的精神栖息地。

“Seeing mountains as mountains, then seeing mountains as not mountains, and finally seeing mountains as mountains again”—in today’s fast-paced life, we hope this space can become a spiritual habitat for the residents to “be at peace with themselves and seek inner peace”.

结语｜Conclusion

过程虽有曲折，但最终呈现的成果远超预期。愿你们在过程中享受过程，完善自身，也相信你们未来在设计领域定能发光发热。

Although the process was not without twists and turns, the final result far exceeded expectations. May Zechuan quickly make up for the details in construction, and we believe you will surely shine in the design field in the future.

“Silent rain nourishes all things better; Zechuan (a river) embraces hundreds of streams without words.” May we all be people who work steadfastly and dedicate themselves silently, like moist rain nourishing the earth, like rivers converging into a vast ocean, contributing our humble strength to Chinese design with silent and firm power.
