王氏篇章 新的开端丨日本三重

本案位於台灣新北市三重區的新成屋，擁有良好自然採光與鄰近公園綠意，氛圍宜人。原為四房兩廳三衛格局，設計師重新調整隔間動線，運用減法手法下提升整體使用效益。屋主偏好簡潔俐落風格，並重視收納與展示功能。因此設置儲物間並運用金屬烤漆鋼板呈現輕量風貌。空間配置以落地窗旁的客廳為核心，串聯餐廳與多功能島台，形成生活互動中心。公私領域依動線呈現文氏圖般的交疊，提升空間連結性。主材選用黑色木皮、灰白礦物塗料與無縫地坪，營造自然沉穩的基調；搭配自然光為主、燈光為輔的照明手法，使空間氛圍與材質表情得以充分展現。

This project is located in Sanchong District,New Taipei City,Taiwan.Positioned on a corner unit with excellent natural light and views of a nearby park,the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Originally a four-bedroom, three-bath layout,the space was reconfigured to better suit the owner's needs through minimal and strategic partition changes, maximizing functionality with a subtractive design approach.

The homeowner preferred a clean, uncluttered aesthetic without strong stylistic demands, aligning naturally with our design values. A dedicated storage room was added for practicality, complemented by lightweight metal shelves for display purposes.

The layout centers around the living room, which sits by the large windows and connects seamlessly to the dining area and a multi-functional island, making it the true heart of the home. Public and private zones are organized in a circular flow, encouraging interaction while maintaining spatial clarity.

Materials like black wood veneer, white and gray mineral coatings, and seamless flooring create a warm yet refined atmosphere. Lighting is intentionally subtle—natural light takes the lead, with selective artificial lighting enhancing pathways and key areas to highlight textures and maintain the material’s integrity.
