Student lounge for Ventspils University College was created as a multifunctional space for student recreation and activities between studies. The whole area is divided into various zones – stage and auditorium, sofa lounge, meeting table, kitchen, ping-pong, and wardrobe. All these zones submerge into each other and become a platform that can be modified according to student needs. Furniture is easy to reorganize and the space can be divided into more closed or open setting with the curtain structures. Students can hold meetings here, organize game or movie nights, lectures and presentations, exchange books, come here to study, communicate, have a cup of tea or just relax.
