澄清/混濁-沉澱-清澈
由混濁變清澈的過程,象徵來訪客人將煩惱過濾,同時轉化成空間體驗
以調酒技法之一“澄清”為發想靈感,澄清是一種解構調酒的做法,把具體化為抽象是澄清的存在意義,透過去除雜質矇騙視覺,創造味覺上的驚奇。 澄清的做法是以布、紙過濾或用膠質經凍結來吸收雜質,獲取清澈的液體。室內大量運用的金屬格柵、黑鐵鋼板與玻璃,也是經歷混沌的狀態,去除雜質,重新提煉後,成為永續且可回收的材料,豐富我們的空間語彙。
由混沌-沉澱、過濾-清澈的過程,象徵品牌精神 : 希望到訪於此的顧客,不論何種心情與煩惱,離開後都能像是黑夜過去、白天到來般的嶄新心境。
空間中使用多種的黑色,看似純粹,卻在不同材質的”黑”中反射、延伸現實的光景,使周邊的色彩光影隱約的蘊含在其中,就像都市的夜晚,並非純粹的黑暗,更多的是混沌不明。入門區域的光膜天花就像黎明初曉的天空,模糊了顧客對真實時間的感受。

店面大面的玻璃本身清透無暇,是其凹凸的紋理過濾掉了具象物體的表象,映透出的燈紅酒綠使得一窺室內的精采,反之由內也能看到外面的繽紛擾攘,車水馬龍來來往往。長虹玻璃線條拉長光與影的變化,瞬間光影成為線性,體現時間的流動。
室內空間中段轉折的大面黑鏡造成空間視覺上的錯視,延伸室內空間感的同時,也相互映照前後區各自的光景。金屬隔柵板切割光影,漫射後的光影成粒狀灑落地面,如同物質被分解、沉澱的過程。
前區座位以1-2人少量顧客為主,注重在顧客與吧台內店員互動。後區為多人座位並保留併桌彈性,適合多人聚會,也在空間中安排投影布幕位置,空間中適當留白可供舉行活動。利用布簾區隔包廂空間,提供不被打擾的聚會空間 。
Clarification/Turbidity - Precipitation - Clarity
The transformation from turbidity to clarity symbolizes visitors filtering out their troubles, transforming them into a spatial experience.
Drawing inspiration from the cocktail technique called "clarification," it deconstructs drinks, embodying clarity as an abstract concept. By removing impurities to deceive the visual senses, it creates a surprising taste sensation. The process involves filtration through cloth, paper, or gelatin to obtain a clear liquid. The substantial use of metal grilles, black iron sheets, and glass in the interior, having gone through chaos, purifies and repurposes materials sustainably, enriching our spatial vocabulary.
The process from chaos to precipitation, filtering to clarity, symbolizes the essence of the brand : aspiring that customers, regardless of their mood or troubles, leave with a refreshed mindset akin to the transition from night to day.
Various shades of black are used in the space, seemingly pure but reflecting and extending within different black materials, subtly containing surrounding colors and shadows. It's like a city night, not solely dark but rather ambiguous and chaotic.The entrance's light film ceiling imitates the dawn sky, distorting customers' perception of real-time.
As Salvador Dali said, "Time is fluid in space; its essence lies in its tangible flexibility and inseparability from spacetime."
Observing time's speed isn't just about scientific precision but also about how people perceive it.
The storefront's expansive glass is clear and flawless, with its textured surface elegantly transforming the shapes of objects and allowing vibrant colors to shine through, offering glimpses inside. Additionally, one can also observe the bustling city life from within.The moru glass lines elongate the play of light and shadow, instantly transforming them into linear forms, embodying the flow of time.
The large black mirror in the middle of the interior space causes a visual illusion, extending the sense of space while reflecting the respective scenes of the front and rear areas. Metal grilles slice through light and shadow, scattering the light into granules on the ground, resembling the process of material decomposition and precipitation.
The front area emphasizes seating for 1-2 customers, focusing on interaction between customers and the bartenders within the bar area. The rear area offers multi-seating options with flexible table arrangements, suitable for gatherings, while projections can be set up for events.
