This exciting repositioning project is located in the heart of Washington, DC, along the iconic Pennsylvania Avenue. The objective is to transform the building into a modern workspace tailored for legal professionals, featuring new amenities and bespoke suites designed to enhance productivity and collaboration.​​​​​​​

Our design approach harmoniously blends clean, minimal aesthetics with classic architectural elements inspired by the building’s façade. This fusion creates a unique experience that celebrates both the contemporary and historic character of the area. Bright colors will contrast with a black-and-white palette, while warm wood accents soften the space, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

This project not only revitalizes the building but also  enriches the tenant experience, making it a prime destination for legal practitioners seeking a sophisticated and inspiring work environment.
