This project was completed in 2025 for a residential developer in North Carolina.The scope of work included full architectural design and documentation for a single-story wood frame house, developed for real-world construction.

The architectural model and drawings were produced in close coordination with the structural engineer and civil engineer to ensure constructability, code compliance, and alignment across all disciplines.

The project reflects a BIM-driven workflow focused on clarity, coordination, and build-ready documentation for the US residential market.

Services Provided:

• Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM modeling in Revit, including HVAC systems, developed for coordinated residential projects;

• Design and documentation of residential buildings, including wood frame construction, steel structures, and precast concrete systems;

• Advanced proficiency in industry tools, including Revit, Advance Steel, and Robot Structural Analysis, applied within real project workflows;

• Multidisciplinary coordination with landscape architects, Engineers of Record (EOR), surveyors, and other project consultants;

• Permit set preparation and project support, with hands-on experience across multiple US jurisdictions, including FL, MD, DC, NC and others;

• Client coordination and project presentation support, assisting with design approvals and decision-making through clear and effective presentation techniques;

• Visualization and marketing support, including still renderings, 360° virtual tours, interactive applications, and architectural animations;
