Inspired by the raw energy of New York's streets and the worn-in soul of grunge interiors. Exposed brick, dark metal, and weathered textures set the mood — then velvet, warm wood, and pops of bold color make it feel like home.

Every room has its own personality: a living area you actually want to sink into, a bedroom that feels like a retreat, and a deep green bathroom that's just a little bit extra — in the best way. And despite the compact footprint, nothing was sacrificed. Every corner works hard, so the people living here don't have to think about it.
