The "AC. House" is located in Nulti, a rural area 20 minutes from Cuenca, the capital of the province of Azuay, Ecuador.

This design is characterized by the use of straight lines and a minimalist style, providing a luxurious aesthetic and the optimization of available resources.

The same range of materials were used for both the exterior and the interior, increasing the use of wood in the most important areas to provide warmth and comfort.

Due to its location in a natural setting overlooking a lush forest, the use of large windows was paramount, as well as the location of the building itself within the plot, which favored the best visuals to the main areas of the house.
