Interior design concepts by Anna Dandyego for real estate developer - Shrem group - Barcelona 2022
NAVAS 270 — The Art of Tranquil Urban Living
NAVAS 270 is a contemporary residential development located in Barcelona, designed as a transformation of an existing industrial structure into a refined urban living environment. The project comprises 41 residential units and commercial spaces, organized across 10 floors, with rooftop terraces and panoramic views of the city.
The architectural concept is rooted in contrast — preserving the raw character of the original structure while introducing light, openness, and a new sense of domestic comfort. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, generous ceiling heights, and Catalan vaults allow natural light to fully inhabit the interiors, creating spaces that feel both grounded and elevated.
Our role at llil.studio was to develop the visual language of the project — translating architectural intention into a clear and emotionally engaging visual narrative. The focus was placed on atmosphere rather than decoration: calm material palettes, balanced compositions, and a sense of quiet continuity between spaces.
The interiors were approached as a sequence rather than isolated rooms — where living, resting, and private areas flow into one another, supporting a slower and more intentional way of living within the city.
Special attention was given to material tactility and light behavior — soft reflections, natural textures, and subtle depth that enhance the perception of space without overwhelming it.
This project reflects our approach to visual consultancy: not only representing architecture, but shaping how it is perceived, understood, and ultimately experienced.
