The project is a symbiosis house for retired seniors who are ready to start a new life.

Design Development

A bubble diagram is a simple tool used in interior design to organize and visualize the relationships between the different spaces, rooms and functions within a floor plan. In essence, it is a sketch that uses bubbles or circles to represent different areas or zones, with lines that connect them to show how they are connected or related.

The sketch is an important step to understand the interior spaces and a rough idea of the proposal. The sketches explain the common spaces that are the kitchen and the patio.According to the schematic diagram, the kitchen will be placed as an outdoor kitchen connected to the living room and the dining room. the design took into account the creation of better air ventilation towards the entire common area and a better entry of natural light into the common area from the patio

Schematic diagrams are an improvement on bubble diagrams, helping to better understand and visualize concepts. Proposals A and B show bubble charts corresponding to their schemes. Both schemes have more precise proportions and dimensions that suggest the look and feel of the space.

An interior space scheme is a visual representation of the layout and design of a specific interior area. It can include various details such as space facilities. These diagrams can be used to plan and visualize the layout of a room or building, and to communicate ideas with others involved in the design or construction process.

In order to create an interesting communal space, the courtyard is the highlight of the design. It is a place to feel the coexistence of people and nature and the passage of daily life over time. The 'lighthouse' represents the highlight of the design. It requires two people to sit together in the courtyard to communicate in order to light up the lighthouse, bringing life and vitality to the space.

The project has a soft texture and a classic quality based on natural materials and soft tones. The floors are in dark tones. The spacious and dark flats are comfortable, humane and sheltered residences that are far from the hustle and bustle of the city and offer quiet and cozy interiors suitable for contemplation and life
