About Toro Jabonero A52
Villa Toro Jabonero is a contemporary house that combines modern precision with a restrained sense of elegance. Set in the gated community of Cascada de Camoján on Marbella’s Golden Mile, it draws its character from clean lines, balanced proportions, and a close link to the Mediterranean setting.
Designed by Maurice Sainz of MS Design, the villa uses an open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that dissolve the boundary between inside and out. Those wide openings frame views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains, keeping the architecture in constant conversation with the landscape.
The plan gives strength, calm, and light equal weight. The main bedroom suite takes on a quieter tone, where traditional spatial forms meet crisp contemporary detailing, while natural materials and bespoke finishes carry through the gourmet kitchen, living areas, private spa, fitness zone, home cinema, and wine cellar.
An oversized heated saltwater infinity pool anchors the outdoor setting, joined by expansive terraces, landscaped gardens, smart home technology, eco-conscious elements, and a five-car garage. Spanning approximately 1,435 m² (15,435 sq ft) on a 2,904 m² (31,247 sq ft) plot, the villa contains five bedrooms and eight bathrooms across multiple levels, all oriented toward daylight, views, and indoor-outdoor living. Villa Toro Jabonero reflects MS Design’s approach to architecture as part of everyday life, balancing luxury, calm, and site response in one of the region’s most sought-after addresses.
