The project is developed individually for the customer, starting with the fire floor and ending with the design of the facades and interior. The house was designed for a large family consisting of two adults and two children. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a gym, a bathroom, a guest bedroom and a laundry room. The second floor accommodates a bright and spacious corridor, two children's rooms and a master bedroom. Each room has its own walk-in closet, and the master bedroom has access to a large terrace that overlooks the front yard. On the territory of the house there is a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, a carport and a spacious terrace for relaxing with the family. The house is designed in a modern style, both outside and inside, a lot of glass for better lighting, decorative wooden elements create a beautiful house in a warm city of Spain.
