The project introduces a bold architectural identity through two dynamic masses connected by elevated bridges, creating a strong visual gateway and a distinctive skyline presence. The design philosophy revolves around connectivity and activation both visually and functionally. The central plaza acts as the heart of the project, offering a vibrant, human-centered space that integrates retail, cafés, and social interaction zones. Carefully designed water features, landscape elements, and outdoor seating areas enhance the user experience and encourage continuous engagement throughout the day.
