The proposal focuses on prioritizing pedestrian movement through improved walkability, safer crossings, and human-scale public spaces. Visual quality is elevated by restoring building façades, refining architectural details, and unifying streetscape elements. The project also supports local traders by upgrading shopfronts, improving environmental comfort, and creating a more attractive and economically vibrant urban setting.
