About the Project:

This project is a complete exterior and landscape design for a contemporary family villa.The main goal was to create an outdoor environment that works all day long: swimming and play in the morning, and calm, cozy gatherings at night.The design connects the villa visually to the garden and pool while keeping privacy through the boundary wall and vertical wooden screens.

Design Concept:

Clean modern massing with strong horizontal lines and an extended balcony around the first floor.

Large glazing to open the living areas towards the pool and garden while maintaining privacy from the street side.

Clear zoning of the site: formal front entrance, lush front garden, long pool with deck and lounge chairs, covered outdoor dining/BBQ area, and a dedicated kids’ play zone.

Use of different levels and wide stairs to create a smooth transition from the villa to the pool deck and garden.
