Graduation project "Developing the Riverfront of Al Warraq District into a Recreational, Tourist, and Administrative Area".

PROBLEM:

Deterioration of the riverfront of Al Warraq district with wasting the value of the land and not exploiting capabilities and natural components of the area.

GOAL:

Exploiting the riverfront to achieve the maximum benefit from the value of the land as an investment while achieving the population’s recreational requirements for equality between public benefit rights and investment development.
