The Bhujangasana micro-house
Bhujangasana is a classic pose of hatha yoga, also known as the "Cobra Pose", which is mentioned in ancient texts.
In ancient times, yoga practitioners, observing the animal world, noticed that the movements and poses performed by its representatives are also suitable for people, having a beneficial effect on their health. Later, such poses were named after these animals. This asana stretches the spine in a bend. Eliminates slouching, opens the chest, improves the functioning of the respiratory system. On the subtle plane, energy rises upward, clarifying consciousness.
The Bhujangasana micro-house is a two-story building that outwardly resembles a classic house with a gable roof, which is bent 90 degrees so that one of the gables now looks to the sky, forming a terrace.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace in the center, there is also a kitchen area and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a small desk and a storage room. From the bedroom, you can climb up the ladder through a hatch to the terrace, for example, to practice yoga and meditation, or simply enjoy the natural views.
