RESIDENTIAL OFFER
The design of a residential building complex with a total building footprint of 2,441 m² comprises 28 residential units, planned with the utmost attention to functional layout and spatial ergonomics. The majority of the apartments feature a south-western orientation, ensuring optimal access to natural daylight in the interiors. The total usable floor area amounts to 1,680 m².
The structure of the units has been optimized to meet the diverse needs of future residents by dividing the offer into three main typologies: 10 compact apartments with an area of approximately 40 m², 12 functional units of around 60 m², and 6 spacious apartments exceeding 80 m². Such a carefully considered balance of apartment types allows the development to flexibly respond to the demands of the contemporary real estate market.
