This project involved proposed alterations and additions to an existing 19th century townhouse in South Yarra.

The existing heritage terrace house was completely restored and re-designed to accommodate more bedrooms and bathrooms, with open plan contemporary living areas on ground level. A landscaped courtyard with rear laneway access provides a pleasant outlook from the newly-refurbished living areas.

The materials pallette was kept simple yet refined, to emphasise bright, light-filled open spaces throughout.
