From Unused Office to Executive space

This was the former owner’s office.  Now under new ownerships, this space was converted into an alternative shared workspace and (sometime) storage room.  The room certainly wasn’t being used to the best of its ability and the company’s executives desperately needed a place to meet.

The room was gutted and went from 80s to a more current masculine style.  Some elements stayed (the bathroom complete with shower) while some had to go (bye-bye fireplace).   New additions include a ceiling grid, large flat screen for conference calls, custom company acrylic sign, and much more.
